Excellent location! So close to downtown and easy walking. The property was described accurately. It was very clean and quite nice. The mattresses were too soft for us, but that is our peculiarity. I would recommend this VRBO.

Spring getaway

The location is close to everything. The inside of the house is very nice but the outside needs some curb appeal. Would be nice to use the off street parking area.

Great location for Girls Getaway

We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!

Host was helpful and quick to respond back when I had questions. House was in a quiet neighborhood. The lot beside the house did have construction happening while we there but it wasn’t too rough. Street parking only.

Best place for dogs!

I loved the safety of the big fenced yard for our dogs. The house was more than adequate for our purposes (attending a wedding). I was surprised by the VRBO fees; I should have read the small print
