Vackra 3BR historiska centrum - promenad till floden - utanför gatuparkering

Sixth on the Park ligger strax norr om Market Street mittemot Bicentennial Park - promenera till Riverwalk! Byggt 1996 och helt renoverat i början av 2014, njut av komforten med den senaste konstruktionen mitt i historiska hem från slutet av 1800-talet och början av 1900-talet. Huset har gott om uteservering: en inhägnad trädgård, en avskärmad veranda och en välkomnande sittande veranda utanför för att hälsa grannarna ute och gå med sina hundar (husdjur är välkomna efter godkännande). Inuti har Sixth on the Park drottningssängar i främre och bakre sovrum och en våningssäng som sover tre i mellersta sovrummet (dubbel botten, enkel övre del).

Extremt nära Thalian Hall och bara 6 kvarter från strandpromenaden, kan du enkelt gå till allt som gör centrum till platsen att vara: avslappnad till god mat, hip kaffehus, museer, konstgallerier, antikaffärer, det utmärkta länsbiblioteket, hästdragna vagnsturer, Shops of Old Wilmington eller Cotton Exchange, historiska turer, Ghosts of Wilmington Tour, spökade pubkrypningar, Wilmingtons bondemarknad (april - december), Azalea-festivalen (april), Riverfest (oktober), Brooklyn Arts Center, NC Battleship (ta en färja från Water St.), PPD, Cape Fear Community College och det nya konferenscentret.

Staden erbjuder många platser för barn: Fit for Fun på 10th Street (åldrarna 6 till 5 år), The Children's Museum ligger i centrum på 2: a och Orange (åldrarna 2 till 10ish), Monkey Joe's, Jungle Rapids, skridskobanor, ett skridskohus, listan fortsätter.

In town for a family wedding

I’m not interested in giving a negative review, but, I must say the house was not clean. Hadn’t been dusted in a long time. It’s past time to pressure wash screened porch and windows. Generally speaking, the outside looked “run down.”Everything worked.

January 2025 Family get together

Perfect place for a small family gathering. Had different people come during the month. Walking distance to river walk and downtown. Close to a load of other things to do also. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the month. Fireplace was nice to have for the unusually cold weather we had.

Home away from home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Off-street parking was a huge bonus. The home is equipped with everything a family could need, as well is very clean and tastefully decorated. Definitely will stay here again!

Comfortable stay within walking distance of downtown

Located in an older neighborhood about six blocks from downtown Wilmington, this house was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for a long weekend.

Family weekend!

Our son is based in Wrightsville Beach in the Coast Guard and we came to visit for the weekend. The house was perfect. We had big family breakfast every morning and did a painting night. We walked to town for lunch and ice cream. Everything was delightful. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent Location

The home was just as pictured. Kitchen and bath towels are fully stocked. Property managers are friendly and responsive. The location could not have been better! It was a short 10 minute walk to the areas best restaurants. We would love to return for a future stay.

Wilmington historic District

This was a wonderful property! I was so close to everything the neighborhood was beautiful! Clean house nice and roomy comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked. Great response from the owners if we had questions or needs.

Winter Get Awau

We spent three months in this house and found it very comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods with our dog and met many friendly people. We enjoyed walking down town for coffee or a meal and soon were able to get around Wilmington fairly easily. We used the back yard as a place for our dog to run. It was blooming beautifully when we had to leave. We found the managers friendly and were quick to fix a small problem that we had.

Thanksgiving getaway with family

Great Location

Perfect location for a visit to Wilmington. We were able to walk downtown and to the venues for my son's wedding. If you have any issues, communication with the property manager is easy and simple, and they are pleasant to work with. We had forgotten some clothing after leaving town, and they shipped it to us the next day. The house was clean and had everything we needed, especially a washer and dryer.

Charming Wilmington stay

Lovely property. Super clean. Super easy check in and check out process. Love the sheets, towels, even beach towels, we had a wonderful stay! Nice high ceilings and wide open layout for family to sit and chat in the evening.

Wonderful Home in a Perfect Location

This fit the bill for us. Very comfortable house with plenty of room for us and a wonderful location that was within walking distance to the Riverfront and to the Brooklyn Arts space where we attended a wedding! Very easy to get around and a lovely visit!

Great house, great location

Couldn’t ask for much more in a house for our family. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants/breweries and the river walk. Also, A/c kept us nice and cool during the extreme heat. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

The house has everything we needed and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything downtown. A park right across the street was great for our dog to run around. We were given the check-in information ahead of time. Very easy arrival and departure.
