Hej ... .Min heter Scheryl Glanton och min primÀra hem Àr i Philadelphia. Min favorit hem Àr dock familjen beach house "SeaBreeze pÄ Sunset". Det tog flera Är för att nÀmna huset. Efter feedback frÄn familj och gÀster, vi beslutat om "SeaBreeze" eftersom, vid varje given sÀsong, kÀnner vi vinden i havet. Seabreeze vetter mot havet och den naturliga fÄgelskyddsomrÄde med fri utsikt över bÄda. Utsikten över havet Àr frÄn tredje vÄningen och utsikten över fyren Àr frÄn matsalen pÄ andra vÄningen. Den verkliga behandla Àr dock solnedgÄngen ... Seabreeze Àr pÄ Sunset Blvd och denna gata leder till Sunset Beach, dÀr det sÀgs att solnedgÄngen Àr en av de vackraste solnedgÄngarna i vÀrlden. Innan solen, mÀnniskor kommer frÄn hela ön för att se solnedgÄngen vid Sunset Beach. Vi har faktiskt inte flytta, vi sitter pÄ dÀck, titta pÄ solnedgÄngen och övervÀger liv.

SeaBreeze har fyra sovrum, tvÄ master sviter, den viktigaste pÄ tredje vÄningen och en andra pÄ första vÄningen. Det finns tvÄ andra sovrum pÄ andra vÄningen. SeaBreeze har tvÄ gemensamma utrymmen, vardagsrum, matsal och kök pÄ andra vÄningen; en vardagsrummet och pulver rum pÄ första vÄningen. Det finns tvÄ stora dÀck och en stor veranda. Andra faciliteter Àr: tvÄ platt-TV, Wi-Fi; Pingisbord i garaget, tvÄ grillar (gas och kol) och en vacker trÀdgÄrd.

Cape May har fem strandomrÄden: Cape May (krÀver taggar); Cape May Pointe (krÀver stranden taggar); Cape May Pointe State Park (gratis); Sunset Beach (gratis) och Higbee Beach (gratis). Alla Àr minuter frÄn SeaBreeze. Cape May Beach Àr i stan och mindre Àn en mil gÄngavstÄnd frÄn SeaBreeze. Sunset Beach Àr pÄ spetsen av ön och besökare kommer att titta pÄ solnedgÄngen. Seabreeze utsikt Cape May Point State Park, dess strand och fÄgelreservat. Den Cape May Pointe State Park (över 11.000 hektar) Àr hem för Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. Den bestÄr av stranden, sanddyner, sötvatten vÄtmarker och dammar och skogsstigar. Higbee Beach Àr en och en halv mil strÀcka pÄ spetsen av ön. Det drar folk brinner fÄgelskÄdning, jakt efter Cape May diamanter, ta hundar för en körning, fiske och jakt. Cape May Pointe strÀnder Àr en del av ett bostadsomrÄde dÀr invÄnarna ta med sig smÄ röda vagnar till stranden varje dag och stignings parasoll i avskilda platser nÀra dynerna ... bort frÄn mÀngden.

Cykla till Sunset beach eller in till stan. Eller sitta i rockers pÄ verandan och kÀnna vinden. Cape May har sÄ mycket att erbjuda under hela Äret. Njut av vÄren, sommaren eller hösten solen pÄ nÄgra av de vackraste vita sandstrÀnder. Downtown Cape May stÄtar med nÄgra av de finaste Àtande och drickande anlÀggningar i New Jersey. Det finns ocksÄ fascinerande specialbutiker att blÀddra igenom. Family vacation

The families overall stay was pleasant. The house had a nice layout for the entire family. The seating in the living room could have been more comfortable and the top deck and sliding door needs repair. Overall, we had a great week in Cape May.

It was a really nice , but it does need a lot of work, and if you look little deeper it was really dirty underneath. The refrigerator was small and no comfy furniture in main room on the 2nd floor and no tv there. But it did fit 8 of us comfortably

Had a great time staying at Seabreeze!!

We had a group of 8 adults 1 toddler stay at Seabreeeze and had a great time. The property was in a great location on Sunset blvd with centralized access to the Washington StreetMall, sunset beach, and the main broadway beach access. The game closet was impressive and the toddler with us got great rest at nap time in the 3rd floor master. Will definitely recommend!!

Excellent home

We had four generations of family staying at this home - my 92 year-old mother, my sister, my daughter, her husband and her son and myself and my husband - and the home worked beautifully for all. The home is very well appointed and clean. The location is fantastic. Overall, we had a memorable vacation with lovely memories.

Lovely house - July 2024

This house was perfect - close enough to town and beach that we could bike or walk. WE especially liked being able to bike to Sunset Beach in the evening. The house was so well designed that we all felt together for meals and games and had time on different levels so that those who woke or early or stayed up late had no worry about interrupting the sleep of others. The house has very pretty decor and lovely paintings throughout. The host provided helpful hints for enjoying the week even more. We are very appreciative of being able to stay in this lovely house.

Disappointing considering reviews

With reviews giving this an “exceptional” rating, we were disappointed. We’re aware the shore is hard on properties, but the combination of maintenance/safety/cleanliness issues made for a very uncomfortable week (rotted wood on stairs & door/window frames, tape repairs on tiles & screens, inoperable sliders, exposed electrical outlets, worn, fraying, and multilayered carpet even on stairs, slick tile floors, sticky wood surfaces everywhere, grime on walls, trim, kitchen cabinets, a swarm of ants around the inside master slider). Perhaps opting to run the A/C, as the owner advised, over enjoying the plentiful seabreeze would have decreased the stickiness of the surfaces but it created new and more extreme discomforts as the 1st floor became unbearably cold while the 3rd floor remained uncomfortably warm. We opted for the fresh seabreeze, given that the temperature was in the seventies. We’re accustomed to rustic but proper outdoor showers at the shore, with plumbed hot water lines and walls. This was a hose connected to a shower head surrounded by a curtain. It’s really a rinse off station. The owner was very reasonable and addressed what she could on the spot but many of the concerns were not things that could not be fixed while the property was occupied. On the plus side, the home was spacious and accommodated our large group for sleeping. Hanging together was a little more difficult as seating in the common area was limited.

Great rental in W. Cape May

Scheryl's rental is very large and has great amenities. The location is convenient to town or beaches, especially via bike. The driveway is also very large and can accommodate at least 4 cars.

Comfortable home away from home

This large beach house made staying at the shore with 6 adults and 1 toddler very comfortable. We all enjoyed relaxing in the main living room which had beautiful views, lots of natural light, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had no issues with the home or contacting the host. We were happily surprised to see extra chairs and boogie boards, an outdoor shower to rinse off sand, and a gas grill all ready to go for us. We had a great time!

Another Wonderful Summer

My family and I make this trip every year and each summer it sets us up for such a beautiful week. The house is in great condition, very clean, and the location is wonderful in relation to the beach, downtown, boardwalk, and other day trips. Scheryl is a fantastic host and I look forward to coming back next year.

Great time in Cape May

We had a fantastic week at the beach and loved our home away from home at Cape May. The home is clean, tidy, and met all our needs. The patio off the kitchen is perfect for sipping coffee or hanging out after dinner. We would love to return to Cape May.

Family Vacation for Family of Four plus In-laws

A great time at a great property. Great layout for family time both inside and outside on deck. Great location given proximity to town where there are fantastic restaurants, shopping, ice cream places, mini golf and more. Highly recommend this property and this owner who was wonderful to work with, very responsible and accommodating.

Family Vacation to West Cape May & Cape May Point Beach

Our Family has Vacationed a total of four summers; with each experience out performing the last. The Owner Scheryl along with Robert were very attentive with excellent hospitality. It's usually very difficult to accommodate large groups of people for sleeping & dining but our 10 family members had no problems & everyone enjoyed their vacation. Bill, Mary & Family

Absolutely wonderful experience. Would stay again.

The home was well furnished, so many houses are nice but the owners seems afraid to provide comfortable or plentiful furnishings. Not the case here! In fact I feel the home offered more than was described. In the way of kitchenwares, sleeping arrangements, beach chairs, games, throws ect. It was well stocked with everything you needed. Kudos to you. If there is any suggestions I could make, I would offer baby gates. The baskets EVERYWHERE were beautiful and the rugs I LOVED! Unfortunately they shed SO bad, we were all constantly covered in fibers so bring lint brushes. BUT that didn’t not take away for the pleasant home. The frig wasn’t real clean by the last guests. And there were always such beautiful breezes we preferred opening doors and windows which were really dusty and could have used attention. But again these were so minor nothing took away from the lovely home and wonderful stay. Thank you hope to be back next year!

I live in Philadelphia on Rittenhouse Square and love frequent get-aways to Cape May, sharing 'Seabreeze on Sunset' with family and friends. Lazy days watching the sunset, cooking on the grill and sitting for hours on the beach are some of my favorite past times. Since I am semi-retired, I get a chance to do this often.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I chose Seabreeze because of its central location on the island. It has an open feeling, a sense of privacy yet close to all the great beaches and our charming town. Recently, I have discovered the pleasures of hiking around Higbee Beach, visiting the numerous vineyards in the area, e.g. Willow Creek, and picking up vegetables at Beach Plum Farm.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Seabreeze on Sunset is uniquely positioned across from the Cape May Point State Park, which also is a Bird Sanctuary. The views are unobstructed and on a clear day, you can see across the ocean to Delaware.
