"Seabreeze on Sunset" ... Solnedgång; Fyr och havsutsikt

Hej ... .Min heter Scheryl Glanton och min primära hem är i Philadelphia. Min favorit hem är dock familjen beach house "SeaBreeze på Sunset". Det tog flera år för att nämna huset. Efter feedback från familj och gäster, vi beslutat om "SeaBreeze" eftersom, vid varje given säsong, känner vi vinden i havet. Seabreeze vetter mot havet och den naturliga fågelskyddsområde med fri utsikt över båda. Utsikten över havet är från tredje våningen och utsikten över fyren är från matsalen på andra våningen. Den verkliga behandla är dock solnedgången ... Seabreeze är på Sunset Blvd och denna gata leder till Sunset Beach, där det sägs att solnedgången är en av de vackraste solnedgångarna i världen. Innan solen, människor kommer från hela ön för att se solnedgången vid Sunset Beach. Vi har faktiskt inte flytta, vi sitter på däck, titta på solnedgången och överväger liv.

SeaBreeze har fyra sovrum, två master sviter, den viktigaste på tredje våningen och en andra på första våningen. Det finns två andra sovrum på andra våningen. SeaBreeze har två gemensamma utrymmen, vardagsrum, matsal och kök på andra våningen; en vardagsrummet och pulver rum på första våningen. Det finns två stora däck och en stor veranda. Andra faciliteter är: två platt-TV, Wi-Fi; Pingisbord i garaget, två grillar (gas och kol) och en vacker trädgård.

Cape May har fem strandområden: Cape May (kräver taggar); Cape May Pointe (kräver stranden taggar); Cape May Pointe State Park (gratis); Sunset Beach (gratis) och Higbee Beach (gratis). Alla är minuter från SeaBreeze. Cape May Beach är i stan och mindre än en mil gångavstånd från SeaBreeze. Sunset Beach är på spetsen av ön och besökare kommer att titta på solnedgången. Seabreeze utsikt Cape May Point State Park, dess strand och fågelreservat. Den Cape May Pointe State Park (över 11.000 hektar) är hem för Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. Den består av stranden, sanddyner, sötvatten våtmarker och dammar och skogsstigar. Higbee Beach är en och en halv mil sträcka på spetsen av ön. Det drar folk brinner fågelskådning, jakt efter Cape May diamanter, ta hundar för en körning, fiske och jakt. Cape May Pointe stränder är en del av ett bostadsområde där invånarna ta med sig små röda vagnar till stranden varje dag och stignings parasoll i avskilda platser nära dynerna ... bort från mängden.

Cykla till Sunset beach eller in till stan. Eller sitta i rockers på verandan och känna vinden. Cape May har så mycket att erbjuda under hela året. Njut av våren, sommaren eller hösten solen på några av de vackraste vita sandstränder. Downtown Cape May ståtar med några av de finaste ätande och drickande anläggningar i New Jersey. Det finns också fascinerande specialbutiker att bläddra igenom. Och låt oss inte glömma att hyra en Surrey eller golfbil och ta familjen för en tur runt stan för att se några av de vackra viktorianska hem i staden och längs havet. Cape May är en utväg för alla årstider.

We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. There was plenty of space for our older kids and we enjoyed walking to the town for dinner nightly and to the bird sanctuary trails. The house was well equipped and the different decks were lovely for views and relaxing. My family loved the outdoor shower! We will come again!

This was the perfect place for my family of teens and friends to stay at without being too cramped. The atmosphere is cozy but plenty of seating options inside and out, bedroom options and with four bathrooms it helped. Plenty of parking area for our three cars. The big hit with the teens was the very close bike ride to the mall, the outdoor shower after the beach and the hammock. We enjoyed being a bike ride from Sunset Beach as well as Beach Plum Farm. Very slight negative was just that the walls showed some wear and could benefit from fresh paint soon. Other than that, this was the perfect location and property for our needs. Highly attentive owner, very accurate and clear descriptions.

The house was very clean upon arrival and spacious enough for our 10 guests. We had an issue with a door knob on the upstairs bedroom and Scheryl handled the situation quickly and effectively and had the knob changed out and was very communicative about everything. Sunset is a main road and you are not allowed to drive golf carts on it so we did have to use our cart off the main road but that was the only downfall.

We had a really nice week at Seabreeze. There was plenty of space for our group, and we especially loved all of the deck space and the views from the upstairs bedroom. The location was great for walking into town, and although you do need to drive to the beach, that actually worked out well for us because we ended up spending a day at Cape May Point Beach, which we loved.One of the best surprises was the brand-new outdoor shower. I had asked about an outdoor shower when we booked because that’s one of our favorite things about renting a beach house, so we were so happy to see it when we arrived. It was beautiful, with hot and cold water, and definitely got a lot of use during the week.We also really enjoyed the downstairs room and ended up having game night there every night. The ping pong table in the garage was another fun bonus, and there was plenty of parking for everyone.The house was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very easy to deal with. Overall, we had a great week and really enjoyed our stay.

The house was as large as advertised and suitable for our needs. We had a good time and when we had a question about the tv, the host was very responsive. However, we were slightly disappointed in the level of upkeep. The house could use an interior paint job throughout and had water stains in one of the bathrooms with some peeling sheetrock. The dining room rug could use a good cleaning. The deck flooring on all levels needs to be refinished. Also the lower lock on the front door was difficult to open

Family vacation

The families overall stay was pleasant. The house had a nice layout for the entire family. The seating in the living room could have been more comfortable and the top deck and sliding door needs repair. Overall, we had a great week in Cape May.

Had a great time staying at Seabreeze!!

We had a group of 8 adults 1 toddler stay at Seabreeeze and had a great time. The property was in a great location on Sunset blvd with centralized access to the Washington StreetMall, sunset beach, and the main broadway beach access. The game closet was impressive and the toddler with us got great rest at nap time in the 3rd floor master. Will definitely recommend!!

Fantastic house close to everything

House is fantastic - plenty of room inside and outside. Close to the beach, great restaurants, mini golf and other activities. We were two families with four adults and kids ranging from 5-9 and the house was perfect for our needs.

Great rental in W. Cape May

Scheryl's rental is very large and has great amenities. The location is convenient to town or beaches, especially via bike. The driveway is also very large and can accommodate at least 4 cars.

Family Vacation for Family of Four plus In-laws

A great time at a great property. Great layout for family time both inside and outside on deck. Great location given proximity to town where there are fantastic restaurants, shopping, ice cream places, mini golf and more. Highly recommend this property and this owner who was wonderful to work with, very responsible and accommodating.

Great time in Cape May

We had a fantastic week at the beach and loved our home away from home at Cape May. The home is clean, tidy, and met all our needs. The patio off the kitchen is perfect for sipping coffee or hanging out after dinner. We would love to return to Cape May.

Excellent home

We had four generations of family staying at this home - my 92 year-old mother, my sister, my daughter, her husband and her son and myself and my husband - and the home worked beautifully for all. The home is very well appointed and clean. The location is fantastic. Overall, we had a memorable vacation with lovely memories.

I live in Philadelphia on Rittenhouse Square and love frequent get-aways to Cape May, sharing 'Seabreeze on Sunset' with family and friends. Lazy days watching the sunset, cooking on the grill and sitting for hours on the beach are some of my favorite past times. Since I am semi-retired, I get a chance to do this often.

I chose Seabreeze because of its central location on the island. It has an open feeling, a sense of privacy yet close to all the great beaches and our charming town. Recently, I have discovered the pleasures of hiking around Higbee Beach, visiting the numerous vineyards in the area, e.g. Willow Creek, and picking up vegetables at Beach Plum Farm.

Seabreeze on Sunset is uniquely positioned across from the Cape May Point State Park, which also is a Bird Sanctuary. The views are unobstructed and on a clear day, you can see across the ocean to Delaware.
