Beautiful and comfortable home. Had problem with plumbing, but care taker responded quickly to resolve problem. Could use some deep cleaning, for example: cob webs and dust on lamps.

Besides being clean, comfortable and well equipped, it also has a landscaped yard, darling pepper lights in the kitchen, beautiful art and a great grill. Also a double garage and wonderful location. The only minus was daytime traffic on the side street. We would like to return.

Always a delightful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time we have stayed at Bella Villa. More art and more kitchen stuff! This is such a well equipped home. You want for nothing. It is clean and luxurious. We walked everywhere during the Arts Festival; used the car once or twice. I expect to stay here again the next time we come to Taos.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed in Chuck. Neither the disposal nor the fire place worked. Chuck said he would try to fix it and I never heard from him. That was after texting and calling him several times. Even upon departing he didn't return my texts or calls. Left a very bad taste. Also, the master bath shower floor was not very clean. It had hair and muck on it.

It claims to sleep 8 comfortably but I would say that is a bit misleading, it sleeps 4 comfortably and 8 rather uncomfortably. I was expecting a pullout couch or trundle bed situation and got foam mats with really no good place to lay them. For children the mats would probably work perfectly, however, for an adult it was rather uncomfortable...

Everything was just perfect and we felt so comfortable. The caretaker turned on the lights when he learned that our arrival would be after dark! He is a treasure! About a 2 minute walk to the grocery store gave us some fine dining experiences on the patio and indoors! And the hot tub was sensational under the stars! Just one little thing...We never saw or heard from our host and the handle broke on one of the toilets. But we still highly recommend the place.
