Fantastic Beach-Front, Condo in Fave FLA Community

We greatly enjoyed our stay at La Playa w/ our host Jefferson who is extremely responsive & always promptly assisted w/ anything we needed through his local team. Check-in w/ parking was a breeze. The available parking for a compact vehicle is super convenient & easy — secure w/ a metal gate door. The unit was very clean & well-equipped. As folks who need to cook a lot of our own food, we found the kitchen appliances & utensils more than adequate - mini dishwasher is very handy. Fyi, Amazon delivers Whole Foods’ groceries. :)As someone w/ allergies, I greatly appreciated the leather sofas, tile flooring, non-fragranced bedding, dishwasher, & tidy decorating. It was wonderful for the two of us to each have our own bathrooms w/ showers. We both really appreciated the attractive, FLA beach-themed artwork that is tastefully displayed. The pool is lovely & quiet, & the residents & other guests are respectful & friendly.Top floor balcony is shared w/ 3 other units, but is often vacant, so we were often able to watch the sunrise in private. Table & chair set can be brought out & used to relax & eat on the balcony in front of the unit. Viewing both sunrise & sunset every day from our windows on opposite sides of building is brilliant!Laundry room is ground floor, off the garage. Few machines are shared/communal, pay-per-use. Didn't use, but nice to have. Hollywood offers it all: recreation, entertainment, dining, nature. We are grateful for everything & would stay again!

Great Get-Away!

This condo unit is nicely furnished and well-equipped with whatever you need for the kitchen or at the beach. Nice view and great location on the broadwalk.

Welcome to our exquisite penthouse condo directly on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, facing the ocean with incredible views and just steps from the sand and surf. This upscale, exclusive building offers a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room. Enjoy the open pool overlooking the ocean on the 2nd floor.

Our condo is located on the 7th floor, providing stunning ocean views, though it may not be suitable for those with physical disabilities as the elevator may not be accessible during hurricanes or emergencies, requiring the use of stairs.

We include assigned free parking for one sedan or small car, adhering to new regulations (no large trucks, max length 176 inches). Additional guest parking is available one block away at city parking for a fee.

For your convenience, beach towels and linens are provided. While beach chairs and umbrellas are not included in the rental, feel free to use any found in the closet, just kindly return them to their place.
