Just började hyra denna lägenhet för semester hyresgäster. Detta är 2 våningar, 3 sovrum, 3 badrum i en privat byggnad bara några steg från stranden med havsutsikt.
Om du tittar noga på bilderna kan du se att byggnaden ligger på hörnet av Georgia st. och Surf Road vid ingången till stranden och strandpromenaden.
Möblerad uteplats, havsutsikt och 2 skärmade balkonger.
Sovrummet har egen skärmad balkong med havsutsikt och badrum. Gästrummet har 2 balkonger med utsikt över havet och bukten.
Varje sovrum har 2 uppsättningar lakan och täcken, gott om handdukar, hårtorkar, toalettartiklar.
BOOSTER STOOL, BILSÄT, BOOSTER CAR SEAT, BARNBOKAR OCH Leksaker.

Vi har också konvertibelt CRIB i sovrummet med 2 uppsättningar av lakan, duvet, handdukar för en torkare

Wonderful vacation spot!

Our family loved this spot, so easy to get to the beach. Nice to have our own parking spot. Morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean. We had great weather. Bliss.

Tje location is perfect! This place is very clean and nice. There is everything you could need or want. We didn't have children but every consideration is there for them. The owner, Olga, is very responsive and helpful We will definitely stay again.

A very comfortable home.

My crew loved the comfort of this home. Although the beach is right out the door, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. Everything you could possibly need is here. My preteen grandkids loved the second story and room to do their thing. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, three covered decks, new washer/dryer, our personal parking spot, and very clean and shiny. Hoping to get back and check out some more beaches later this year. Olga, thanks for sharing your place.

Nice minivacation

We had a very nice stay this past weekend. The property is clean and right off the boardwalk, very convenient to everything. The owner was responsive and guided us through check-in. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hidden gem by the beach.

Apartment was nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Olga had great communication the whole time we stayed. Location to the beach and Boardwalk were excellent. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys were an added bonus. Looking forward to a return visit some day!

Excellent location and property on beach

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is right on the beach and everything was clean and neat. The beds sleep wonderful!! We had a minor hiccup with the AC unit upon arrival, but Olga was very communicative and the issue was resolved quickly. We will definitely stay here again. You can walk everywhere and I felt safe and secure there. Perfect set up for multi family vacation and plenty of space to gather!

Family trip to celebrate our daughter’s engagement

We were in town for an engagement party for our daughter. We wanted to be close to the beach while also close to the festivities & our local family. This place was perfect! The location is at the quieter part of the boardwalk & next to a beautiful stretch of the beach. It was also walking distance for our kids to enjoy evenings out. The home was very well appreciated especially the kitchen as well as beach chairs & a wagon. All we needed were groceries to feel at home! We would stay again.

Great Outdoor Space

The VRBO has two outdoor porches. One has sun during the day and the other is shaded. They are especially nice to use when it is not perfect beach weather. There are comfy couches for watching movies.

This is an amazing place to stay. You walk out the front door and the boardwalk and sand are steps away. The view is incredible. It is our favorite place to stay on the end of the boardwalk. We can’t say enough good things about it. The property manager is amazing with communication! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great space for all of us and clean

Very clean and nice space for all of us. It needs some updates like fresh paint. Shower handle was broken in one bathroom. Keypad on main/entry door could use replacing. Getting in was fine but we were unable to reset the code as you cannot see the green light at all. I'm sure the salty air has worn it out over time. Overall it worked out well and enjoyed the location.

My Son's engagement to be married.

Olga was wonderful! The apartment is spotless and in the most perfect spot! Quiet, but still on the boardwalk, walking distance to the beach, and all of the restaurants and shops. Thank you for everything. We will recommend this property to all of our family and friend. It was Perfect!

An amazing vacation!

The property was just seconds from the beach and boardwalk which was perfect for our family. It is located on the south end of the boardwalk which ended up making it very quiet with only a short walk to shops and restaurants. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and other beach amenities available to use. This was very convenient as we were planning to buy those once we got there. There are multiple patios, two of which overlook the ocean. We definitely enjoyed our trip and would recommend this property!

Short Southern Florida Trip

Olga has a very nice place and it is well worth it to stay here. Just steps from the beach is awesome. Onsite parking a huge plus. The house was spotless on the inside. Could use a little bit of care on the outside. Only negative was the main entry door and programable lock. The door sticks and needs to be forced open. The old lock needs to be upgraded very old not illuminated or able to be personalized Great place you wont regret it.

This is by far the best vacation we have taken. We have a 5 year old daughter and almost 4 year old son that loves every minute of our beautiful vacation home. It is so incredibly close to the beach that walking back to use the bathroom or anything is not an issue. This house has everything- from a great kitchen and anything you could need to cook at home, to toiletries and even a car seat! The beach stuff was the best- chairs, sand toys umbrellas even a cooler! We will absolutely be back yearly to rent this spot. We couldn’t be happier. Also- it’s at a part of the broadwalk that is walking distance to the more lively area- but quiet and great for a family. Can’t say enough about how great it was and we can’t wait to go back!

Olga is a super responsive host! Each time we reached out to her her response rate was immediate! The pictures do not reflect how nice her place truly is. The place is much brighter! It is important to know the master bedroom also has access the balcony of the second balcony which was a great surprise for us! Her linens were plush and paper products not the typical cheap versions. Both terraces have lovely views! The location is at the end of the broadwalk..so less crowded. You can still walk to the craziness if you like. Johnson Square is about 10-15 minute walk. Thanks for a great getaway!
