Nice small condo

Condo was clean, property manager was very helpful, good view of bay, and nice relatively quiet location. Overall pleased for the cost.

Good time, good stay, some work needed.

I understand the storm damage but just some few items indoors needing repairs. Main bedroom closet door was impossible to open and off the rail. Main toilet struggled to flush and both showers very slow to drain. Other than that, it was a good rental. The property management team was outstanding!! Loved the cookies! Nice touch.

This property was hit by tornadoes just a few days before we checked in. The staff kept us informed as they checked for damage. Luckily the condos were fine, but there was damage to the balconies, bridges, etc. Everything was roped off and safe. The staff was amazing, condo was very nice and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was everything we needed. A short walk to the beach, reasonably priced, and perfectly equipped. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will likely stay here again next time we’re in the area. :)

Toilet and bath in master bedroom, slow draining poor flushing. Refrigerator has broken bar on door to hold things in place as well as cracked ice box for ice cubes. Sleeper sofa didn’t have hardly any cushion to it and closet. Doors in master bedroom were ridiculous and need to be replaced, also on the balcony, there are two plastic chairs that are both broken and anyone who sits down in one will probably end up flat on his dairy air

Best Christmas gift!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and his daughter. His son is an Officer in the Navy. Studying to become a NFO. Very proud🇺🇸. They told me everything was perfect. They got to do everything they wanted to do and the location was perfect. Close to everything!!! Thanks for making so easy on me to be able to do this special vacation for them

Great place and great price

My family of 5 plus my parents stayed during my children’s fall break. The property was simple to find, and the property manager was very pleasant to work with. The property isn’t new, but is clean and very well taken care of. The condo rooms aren’t large, but we knew that going in. We didn’t plan a vacation to the beach to stay in our rooms. We needed a simple place to sleep, cook our meals, bathe and we got that and more. The walk/small drive if you want to the beach isn’t bad at all. The access to the bay/fishing was a great bonus. We brought our own kayaks and paddled west to Ft. Pickens and had a wonderful time. We would absolutely book this property again, and hope to in the near future.

Pleasantly Surprised

My husband is a snob sometimes when it comes to where we stay when out of town. I booked this place well, one bc of the price and two bc of the view of the bay! My husband kept telling me, you did a good job at picking the condo! It was such a nice condo and quiet. It was a little further of a walk then I thought to the beach, but we just hope in the car and drove over. Would stay there again!

Nice little condo

Beautiful views and cozy. Our stay was perfect and the host was waiting for us at check in time. Smooth as glass trip! We got married on the beach while we were there so this condo had the perfect location walking distance from our wedding spot.

Pensacola Beach

The people were great to work with and very friendly. I have never stayed at a VRBO that did not supply toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and laundry soap so make sure you bring your own. Only 2 rolls were supplied of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days. The property was clean but dated. I read in their house book that someone had requested they put up shades in the master bedroom to block out the morning sun and that had not been completed. It also faces the patio so a little more privacy with a blind would be a good idea. Our fridge quit working the day before we left so we had to throw out all of our food. It was a great location to the beach and restaurants.
