Wonderful family vacation!

Tiffany is an excellent host! We had a WONDERFUL time at this VRBO location. So close to the beach and boardwalk! Didn’t have to get back into our car once so the street parking didn’t end up being that big of an issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Week..*

Our Family were looking for a rental very close to the Boardwalk so as not to move the cars and to be able to walk for dinners, shopping and exploring. We were very happy to be able to check all the box's !!

Loving OCNJ

We had a great week in spite of poor weather much of the week. The house was perfect for our family. It is well stocked with all the necessary amenities and then some. It was very comfortable. The location is great! Even with my physical limitations, it was only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

A lovely home for a week at the beach

A well stocked kitchen, enough space for my family, and close to the beach made this place great. The outside shower was very helpful with only 1 bathroom. We definitely heard the neighbors walking around upstairs, but fortunately they were respectful of their neighbors, below. The biggest challenge was the lack of parking. We are accustom to on-property parking with previous OC rentals. Finding street parking close to the house was challenging so once we got a parking space, we did not move our car unless absolutely necessary.

Cute condo

We had a wonderful week and the house and hosts were great. The location is right close to the beach and boardwalk and the house has all the kitchen items you need. The only issue is that there is no sound buffer at all from the upstairs neighbors. Every footstep, sneeze etc can b heard and our neighbors hosted several loud parties that went on for hours, making sleep pretty much impossible. If it weren’t for that issue this place would be great.

Vacation in OC

Our stay was wonderful I took my elderly parents down for the week Dad is 91 and mom 86. The few stairs and one floor living was perfect. Dad loved sitting on the front porch every morning and watching the folks go by. Everyone was friendly neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was close and convenient pushing Dad in wheel chair. Only problem was master bed was too high for them to climb in. Heard children running back and forth upstairs too.

Loved our stay!

Perfect location is completely accurate! We loved being so close to the beach and at the beginning of the stores at the south end of the boardwalk. The home was perfect for our group of 7. We loved having morning coffee on the front porch. The kitchen was spacious and made cooking dinner stress free. I loved our bed! It was more comfortable than my own. The 6 beach tags were a nice perk. Definitely loved having a washer and dryer, which I used almost daily. Oh, and the shower head was up high, which my 6’ son liked. He had to stoop over to get underneath in the other places we’ve stayed. The only thing missing for our liking was a grill, but everything else about the place outweigh that. Tiffany was so kind when we accidentally knocked a glass into the sink resulting in tiny pieces of glass going into the garbage disposal. This, in turn, caused it to stop working. A repair man came the next day and I was not charged for the service. I would have totally accepted responsibility for the cost of the repair, but Tiffany graciously refused our entire security deposit. We loved staying here and look forward to returning again.

The house was super clean and the decour was absolutely adorable

We absolutely loved our stay! The home has plenty of room and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Ocean City. The location is perfect! A block from the beach and boardwalk and walking distance to many stores and restaurants.The room with bunks was a hit with our grandughter and it was great to have use of the beach tags. Tiffany was very responsive and so lovely to work with. We'd definitely recommend this place to any families looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay at the NJ shore. Tiffany made the stay even better providing recommendations on activities and setting us up with links to the ride attractions on the boardwalk. Looking forward to returning

Beautiful, clean and convienent!

This was the first time I rented through VRBO, and I was not sure what to expect. I was so impressed. My first impression was that it was SO CLEAN! We had kids staying with us from ages 3 through 13, so cleanliness and convience were top priorities and this place exceeded my expectations. Tiffany and Brian have thought of everything: outlet covers in the kids' bedroom, furniture bolted to the walls to keep it secure, children's utensils and plastic plates in the kitchen, a Wii in the bedroom and a box of games to keep everyone occupied on rainy days. The location is perfect for kids--a short block walk to the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. It was also a short walk to go shopping on Asbury. The back porch and outdoor shower made clean up after a long day at the beach so easy and everyone enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the evening. The washer/dryer in the kitchen made keeping up with laundry a breeze and the place was fully stocked with cleaning supplies. At times you could hear neighbors walking around upstairs, but it didn't disturb anyone while we were sleeping. Parking was tight during the weekend, but we were all able to move cars to find closer spots as the week went on. Tiffany's service was awesome--quick responses through email during the rental process and also emailing me to let me know when tickets were on sale half-price to save some money at the amusements in advance of our trip. We are definitely planning on returning here!

Perfect!

This is our second year visiting Ocean City, and this place was perfect. It has all of the amenities a family might need and more. And the location was perfect; close to everything without feeling too busy. And the owners were super responsive and helpful. I was a little worried about the lack of a driveway, but it wasn't a problem at all. We drove several times during our stay and we never had a hard time finding a spot right in front of the house. We can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful place, 90 second to beach/boardwalk, responsive/delightful owners, only one small caveat

First, I'd really have given this place 4.5 stars, if the site allowed it. We spent three weeks here and couldn't believe how close we were to everything - the beach, boardwalk (both less than two minutes away), shops and eateries. Only twice did we need the car, each to leave the island. The place is fun, fun, fun. The owner Tiffany promises to reply within an hour. But we never waited for more than 10 minutes. And she's charming to deal with. The home is beautiful, meticulously clean, roomy, and in a quiet neighborhood. There is only street parking so if you don't find a parking space nearby when you arrive, there are always close spaces on the block in the evening/early morning, if you want to move your car closer. The one caveat is this is a first floor unit. Another landlord owns the second floor unit. Over our three weeks, we had two different upstairs neighbors, both with two small kids who loved to run - till after 10 p.m. I've never done this before in my 40+ years of traveling, but I had to approach each set of parents to ask if the kids could be quieter (one mom said they were dancing, which rang true). And each time worked! The kids' noise didn't stop - kids will be kids - but it lessened noticeably. So food for thought, if kids running upstairs intermittently bothers you (it doesn't bother my wife; I don't mind if it's moderate) ... . But the city, shore and everything else greatly outweighed this blip so our memories from this vacation are overwhelming stellar. This was our last summer before our older daughter goes off to college, so this was truly special for us as a family. We already are looking at it as a special time together for all of us, with memories we will always cherish. (BTW, after talking to the first set of parents, we because quite fond of their kids and bought each a small shell for a buck each. They love it and I think that helped - one held out his hand the day they were leaving to show me how he carried it with him and how much he liked it!)

Lovely beach house in a perfect location!

This was a lovely home with everything that we needed in a really great location. We could walk to everything and it's super nice to be so close to the beach. Makes it easy to walk back with little ones when needed. Look forward to staying here again!

Property was just as expected, clean & convenient

Tiffany was helpful start to finish. The home is beautiful, clean and very convenient location to beach and boardwalk. Parking was not too bad either over holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend rental and would come back to this property for sure when we plan to revisit OCNJ someday!

Fantastic vacation stay!

Fantastic stay! We were a family of 4 (husband, wife and two children 3&4 yrs old). The place was spacious, clean and renovated. Comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and also the front porch in the morning for breakfast to say good morning to the passing people on their morning stroll! :) The location was great for the beach and the boardwalk. And also just a short walk to "town" (Asbury St.). Thank you for a fantastic stay and giving us special vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

Perfect!

Everything was wonderful! The owners were friendly and very easy to communicate with. Everything was straight forward and in line leading up to the rental week. The home was absolutely lovely; well decorated and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The location is about a block from the beach, can't beat it! I will definitely look into renting this property again.

The whole package

I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The location of this home is perfect, within walking distance to everything.
