HIBISCUS HAVEN - Little River - Cute 2B/2B Condo w Pool - 90+ Day Midterm Rental
Our HOA is banning short term rentals, so I am converting this property to a midterm rental of 90-120 days, 13-17 weeks, or 3-4 months. This is ideal for travel nurses, digital nomads, remote workers, snow birds, and relocating families.
HIBISCUS HAVEN is a charming 2 bedroom/2 bath condo decorated in a tasteful coastal-inspired style. The condo is located in The Gardens at Cypress Bay community in Little River, SC. The walk-up condo (no elevator) is on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood is quaint, and quiet, and not a touristy destination.
The open living room/dining room area is spacious and comfortable. There is a leather reclining sofa and loveseat, and extra accent chair. There is a counter-height table with seating for four, and two counter-height bar stools. There is new storage cabinet that can be used as a pantry or to store whatever you want. There is large smart TV that is connected to cable. There is also a strong WIFI connection in the condo. There are also magazines and books and games in the living room.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove top with oven below, and microwave oven. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, air fryer to help making meals a breeze. There are an assortment of glasses and dishes. Because I LOVE to cook, there are lots of pots and pans, bakeware, and utensils galore!
The main bedroom overlooks a beautiful community pool. The bedroom features a king size memory foam mattress, nightstand, dresser, workspace area, and a walk-in closet. There is a smart TV in the room that is connected to cable service.
The main bathroom has a tub shower combo, and has space in the vanity, medicine cabinet, and over the toilet cabinet for extra storage.
The second bedroom has two twin memory foam mattresses. These can be pushed together to create a "king" bed, if preferred. The room has a night stand, tall dresser, large closet, and double desk with two chairs for "gaming" or working. It also has a smart TV that is connected to cable service.
The second bathroom is in an "L" shape, with the vanity, and toilet on one side, and a large walk-in shower on the other side. This bathroom has storage space in the vanity, in the medicine cabinet, and in the over the toilet storage cabinet.
The balcony overlooks a beautiful pool and a pretty pond, with a neighborhood of adorable cottage-style homes in the background. It is a charming view, and offers a relaxing retreat. There is a high-top table and seating for four, as well as two low rocking chairs.
The pool is open seasonally. There are ample lounge chairs and tables at the pool. There are also two other pools in the community, if this one was closed for any reason. There are also community gas grills on site.

Little River is a charming coastal community that was originally a fishing village. It is adjacent to North Myrtle Beach, so it is close to beautiful beaches, but it less touristy and more quiet. It is in a very central location that is close to not only the beaches, but the intercoastal waterway (about 1 mile away), and close to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and all types of fun activities.

The condo is updated and decorated in a cute coastal style. The unit is on the 2nd floor and overlooks a beautiful pool, with a pretty pond and charming neighborhood in the background. It's clean, updated, comfortable, and very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, as well as books, magazines, and lots of board games.
