Denna duplex ger dig möjlighet att hyra VARJE låsningsenhet individuellt eller du kan hyra hela huset. Det är perfekt för flera familjer som reser tillsammans eller familjeåterförening! Varje våning har ett stort kök med öppet koncept matsal och vardagsrum som håller mysigt på natten med en elektrisk spis, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, två fulla badrum och gott om sängar. Unbelievable!

Such an amazing property and location! The house is situated perfectly between nubble light house and Long Beach. The outdoor decks and yard, and fire pit are perfect for a family bbq. The inside is very spacious and has a lot of stocked things you might need while vacationing in the area! Can’t wait to book again!

Very special place for a very special occassion

Amazing home in a super location. Extremely clean, open and accessible. We were celebrating my Father's 80th birthday and had family from 8 to 80 all of which were able to be accommodated effortlessly. Every aspect of the stay was stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully accommodating home!

Our family all united here on Nubble Road in this beautiful duplex. There were 19 of us that enjoyed the cool, sunny weather on the large deck with ocean views, early evening we gathered around the fire pit and had somemores. The eight well appointed bedrooms were more than adequate as well as the two bathrooms on each floor. We ate most of our meals on the first level with the exception of breakfasts. We walked the short walk to Long Sands, Short Sands, and the Nubble on different occasions. Lovely place or a large family.

Big space for a big family

The accommodations were terrific - the kitchens were well supplied, the bedrooms were all very clean and comfortable, and the living spaces were very welcoming. There was one slight problem with the electricity/hot water, but they sent a handyman over immediately to trouble-shoot (successfully!). No complaints at all, not even about the weather -- and we were there in November!

Excellent for Group Reunion

We rented this house for a class reunion of friends that have kept in touch over many years, a "Big Chill" event we have from time to time. The house was perfect for us, with plenty of common space for folks to lounge around and talk, when we weren't out visiting the sights of York and Ogunquit. Beach equipment came in handy, as several of us had flown in for the event. Highly recommend!

Attractive, clean, very well supplied.

We've been renting in York for over 30 years, and this house was by far our favorite (although also the most expensive). It is very nicely decorated - beachy without being over-the-top - and spacious. Plenty of both bath and beach towels and nice quality bedding. Furniture inside and out was in good shape and good quality. Lots of games and movies for kids and adults alike. Owners were very accomodating and friendly when we emailed with requests. My only concern, and it is minor, is that the kitchen could use more dishware and serving dishes, mixing bowls, etc. And of course for a summer vacation with daily cocktail hour, a blender is a must! Also, although the ad listed a boat and kayak would be available to the vacationer, they were not. Regardless, I would highly recommend this house for a large group (we had two families totally 19 adults, teens and kids) and plan on coming back ourselves.

We didn't want to leave!

What a truly comfortable and relaxing home! We enjoyed all the comforts of home while away. It was great having the yard with the little ones and the fire pit was awesome on the chilly nights! With plenty of bedroom and living space, (inside and out), we never felt like you were tripping over each other which can happen in rental homes! Can't think of anything that wasn't already there for our use! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us! We hope to be back soon!!

Property is as described.

We really enjoyed staying this house. It is spacious, well-decorated and clean. It can easily fit a large family. The house is also in a great location and Long Sands Beach is just a 5-10 mins walk down the street. Ylan was very responsive and nice. This house has everything that you would need. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great for multiple families

We had a great time staying with friends and family. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating in kitchen and living spaces. Great to have two areas for kids/adults to have own space. Kitchens reasonably well appointed, home is well maintained overall. Fenced in yard great for kids and the beach is a nice walk away. Highly recommended.

Ideal for a family gathering!

This lovely duplex home was perfect for our family. With the 8 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there was no problem with everyone getting ready for our grandson's wedding. The house was decorated beautifully to reflect the beauty of York Beach. The kitchens on both floors were just like being home. Our family got the linen package which is a wonderful asset! The location is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy their time in York, Ogunquit, Kittery and even an hour ride to Freeport . Thanks to Ylan for sharing her home with others!

Wonderful Family Location with Lots of Space

The house was very clean, very modern and beautifully decorated. Homey, cozy and welcoming! We had several family gatherings with lots of common space to talk, laugh and pass the time. It was more than we could have hoped for! The ocean views from the second floor were lovely and we would recommend this to anyone! The owner was extremely responsive, and very accommodating to our needs. The listing was quite accurate with much more available like basic kitchen cooking ingredients to share. York Beach is a great place, and this is within walking distance of Long Sands, and with 10-12 parking spaces just can't beat the ease of staying there.

Great for a large group get away!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and all greatly enjoyed the house as well as it's close proximity to the beach. We are a large group, four families of long time friends totaling 10 children 8 and under and 8 adults and found it to be plenty spacious and comfortable for all. Ylan was very quick and helpful with answering any questions we had throughout the way. I would highly recommend staying here and would do so again in the future.

Love this property!!!!

This house is amazing! 18 of us stayed here and had the greatest time. The house was perfect for our week in York. We already booked it again for 2017!! House is clean, perfect size yard and the porches are great. Looking forward to next summer here :)

Great house for large family or group.

During our stay we had up to 18 people which included 5 kids ages 6 to 15. The house was perfect for a large group and we all found the décor fresh and bright and found the house very clean. The large yard is great for kids and we played some lacross, softball, Frisbee, football and others. Spent several nights around the fire pit. The beach is only a short walk as is the main part of town (beach and arcade area). I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family / group.

Amazing house in a perfect location!

I stayed here with a large group of friends after looking at other houses in the area. This was a great choice as the house had everything I was looking for and we all were able to have our own private bedroom! The firepit was great for making smores at night and the upstairs balcony perfect for a quiet morning watching the sunrise. Very close to both the beach and York center and the owner was super responsive. Highly recommend for relaxing vacations with friends or family!

Beautiful place

We rented the upstairs and downstairs for a group of about 16 people for a family reunion. It was beautiful, clean and great views from the upper deck where we spent most of our time. It was fun to walk to the lighthouse and long beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions. Would stay there again.
