This private home is nestled in a serene neighborhood with onsite parking inside private gates. This gorgeous property offers a superb retreat for guests. With its beautiful decor and cozy ambiance, you'll feel right at home. The house features a spacious living area that opens up to outdoor porch and backyard putting green. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk room. Enjoy amenities like WIFI, AC/ heating, laundry room, a pellet smoker/grill, putting green and an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. We're happy to assist with any questions or requests while you stay at our home.

Perfect house for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. Amazing gulf views from the three balconies. Communication with the owner was great
.. very quick response time. Plenty of parking space. Putting green, outdoor grilling area and pool were all top notch. Already planning a return trip.

My fiancé and I rented this beautiful house to stay for our micro wedding ceremony. The house is amazing! Immaculate, gorgeous and in a perfect location. Everyone was super impressed and satisfied. This house was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how close the property is to the beach—it literally sits just steps away, offering unmatched beach access. Whether you’re an early riser enjoying a morning walk along the shore or someone who loves to lounge and soak up the sun, this location couldn’t be more perfect.The house itself was beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The property is stocked with everything you could need, from beach towels and chairs to kitchen essentials. It’s clear that they’ve put a lot of thought into making this a truly welcoming place. We loved the spacious layout and upscale amenities—everything felt like luxury without being over the top. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy spots to relax in after a day at the beach.One of the highlights was the abundance of beach gear available—beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a beach tent and toys for the kids! It made our beach days so much easier and more fun. Plus, having such easy access to the sand meant we could pop in and out of the house with no hassle, which is a major convenience.Another big plus was the owner. Our family had a wonderful stay. The home is absolutely stunning and is perfectly situated on the sand. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of amenities for everyone (especially our little ones). The hosts were very helpful and responsive as well. This house is awesome! Location was steps from the beach so it made coming in for lunch or naps for the babies so easy! We loved the outdoor space for lounging and enjoying the pool. The house was very well stocked and the amenities for the beach were abundant! My 2 fisherman even had poles ready for them to use. We had a few minor issues but Laura and Kevin were so helpful and responsive and took care of those issues quickly. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely our best rental after doing family vacations for 5 plus years! Family of 11 (7 adults and 4 children). Cleanliness, location and communication with the host were top notch. Loved being able to walk to restaurants! Very well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Outdoor kitchen/grill was great! Pool, putting green, corn home, steps away from the beach and spacious enough for everyone! Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again!

Fantastic house for families. Room for everyone. Ease of access to the beach is unmatched. Has beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, tents, and everything you could need. Owners very responsive, even to minor issues. Beach was not overcrowded and water was beautiful. House was very clean. Putting green and cornhole were great for the kids in the morning and evening.

The home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The unobstructed beach views and access are incredible! The rear deck and pool are also great. The owner and his staff are all extremely helpful and always on call with anything you may need. We had never been to this area of the gulf and this home and location makes us want to return sooner rather than later. Thank you Kevin, Alex and crew!!

This property is perfection. What a beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend a week with family. Being right on the beach was perfect for us. Kids easily spent time in the ocean and the pool every day. Plenty of beach towels and toys were provided as well as other amenities that made us feel special. The owner and staff were reachable at anytime and took care of anything we needed.. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation home. We wish we were still there!

Great Family Vacation!

We spent last week at the Magnolia Shores vacation home with our large family. It easily accommodated 6 adults and 6 kids and absolutely has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful and spotless, and the owners are very quick to respond to any question. From the pool, to the putting green, to the outdoor kitchen - it exceeded our expectations. Most of all, the beach is literally steps away! Highly recommend a stay.

We select large VRBO rentals on an annual basis, in various parts of the country, so we can enjoy our kids and grand kids. Without any doubt, this is the best overall experience we have had. We’ll treasure our time here forever and can’t wait to come back. We stayed at this Indian Rocks Beach front home to celebrate a graduation—and it could not have been more perfect! This house was the ultimate setting for our special family milestone moments, combining celebration, relaxation, and unforgettable beachside memories all in one.The home is stunning—clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. The layout was ideal for hosting small gatherings, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The back deck quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee, afternoon chats, and sunset toasts to the grads.One of the biggest highlights was being able to anchor our boat right behind the property. We waded in and out with ease—it felt like our own private slice of paradise! The access to the water was unbeatable, and having the boat so close made it easy to pop out for sunset cruises, fishing, or just soaking up the Gulf breeze.From the moment we booked, Kevin—our incredible host—was outstanding. He was responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay amazing. He answered all our questions promptly and even made several thoughtful suggestions that really enhanced our experience. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality!

Mother's Day family get away!

From beginning to end our stay at this amazing property was first class,top shelf all the way.The location,the proximity to the airport,beach& local amenities were a solid 10 plus!The owner's were awesome communicators & were super accommodating making this special weekend such a wonderful experience. We've rented in the past & have truly never experienced such thoughtful owners. Which was truly appreciated.The house was fully stocked & we wanted for absolutely nothing. We had 2 infants, a 4 yr old & 6 adults & everyone was SUPER comfortable & we all slept soundly every night in the outstanding beds! Honestly,we never left the property all weekend because it had EVERYTHING! We cooked wonderful meals,swam & played & laughed & made Mother's Day memories of a lifetime...we HIGHLY recommend this property! We will definitely be back to this slice of paradise!

Family Beach week!

What a fun week at IRB and Magnolia Shores! We were 3 generations spending some time together and the proximity to the beach was great and the house and amenities even better. The house had everything
plenty of room, indoor and outdoor kitchen — with every appliance/glass/cutlery you would ever need. Then outside a pool, putting green and 3 decks for watching the sunset. Plus ice cream within walking distance. We were sad to see the week end!
