SandBar Shores caters to all guests with a three-story layout that includes an elevator that serves all floors for convenience and accessibility.

Due to the private and upscale nature of our property, we ask our guests to please respect our booking requirements, which include:
- No parties or events.
- No pets allowed.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be the responsible party.
- Minimum nightly stay: 5 nights
- No smoking or vaping in the home – guests may be charged an extra cleaning fee for smoking in the house.
- No more than 4 vehicles allowed. No trailers or RVs. Vehicles must be parked under the carport. Street parking in the area is strictly prohibited.
- In addition to our $750 cleaning fee, VRBO fees, and taxes, we also require a $10,000 security deposit for all reservations.
