This 3 Bed, 2 Bath in the Village of Buttonwood is the ideal, centrally located, vacation home. In any given direction, your needs and desires will be met; shopping, dining, nightly live music, swimming, golfing, ample sport and game options. Never a dull moment!
Buttonwood - Liberty Park - Pennecamp - 466A - Lake Sumter Landing
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

- Master bedroom w/ a Queen bed, large walk-in closet & ensuite bathroom w/ walk-in shower
- Private guest wing w/ full bathroom, 2 Queen bedrooms; one of which is equipped with a flatscreen TV
- Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking necessities
- Coffee maker is a K-cup AND multi-cup coffee maker, with coffee grinder available.
- Multiple Dining areas (breakfast nook in the kitchen for 2/ formal dining for 6/dining table for 4 on the lanai)
- Screened-in Lanai equipped with plenty of seating and an electric grill
- Laundry Rm equipped with Washer, Dryer & Utility Sink
- The garage is used for the golf cart, and the owner stores a car there. Therefore, there is no garage parking available.
- Parking available in the driveway (for 2 cars) and on the street.
- Electric grill is available for guest use. Guests are responsible to leave the grill cleaned after their use
- Board games available for guest use (Othello, Urban Myth, Chess, Checkers)
- Internet and Streaming TV included. Be prepared to use your personal login.
- Minutes away from Lake Sumter Landing Square
- Close to Cane Garden Country Club & Minutes from multiple pools and golf courses.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Surveillance Disclosure: There is a camera on the garage for security purposes.
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
