Wonderful house. Just as you see it in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and a great place to relax and unwind. Close to wineries, covered bridges and Geneva on the lake. Great host to deal with —- great communication and very quick to respond.

The house had a gorgeous view! It was situated in a quiet and nice area and perfectly located between historic Ashtabula and GOTL. It was very clean and had a stocked kitchen full of cooking and eating supplies. The upstairs was a little warmer but manageable with fans. Downstairs was a little musty.. Nicely decorated and expansive. Firepit area was fantastic. Lessor was great ro work with and very accessible and prompt with returning messages. I would go back again.

We had a teacher retirement gathering and enjoyed how clean the property was. The views are awesome and we had a wonderful time. Will visit again.

Our stay at the Waters Edge was absolutely amazing! The views are stunning, the kitchen is well-stocked, and everything was super clean. This was our second visit, and we’re already planning to return again next year. Highly recommend!

This is our second year staying at this lovely property for a girls weekend. The host is amazing, responds immediately to questions or concerns and makes recommendations for restaurants and shopping in the area. As a group we enjoy spending time relaxing in the home, spending time catching up while drinking wine. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us to use the fire pit and outdoor space. We found the shops on Bridge street very Quaint and the restaurants were very good. We are looking forward to returning again for our annual girls weekend.

Girls Getaway Weekend

The property is beautiful with great views. Very accommodating for groups. It’s turn key, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Close to the wineries. The hosts quickly respond to any questions or concerns. We will be returning.

Great Lake Erie rental

This was a terrific rental. The home and grounds were really nice, much nicer than the typically vacation rental. Check in and check out was a breeze. Everything is labelled clearly, and instructions are kept to a minimum. The property was impeccably kept. Everything was of high quality and in working order. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood right on the lake. The hosts we extremely responsive. Will stay again.

Very nice

This home was very nice and recently remodeled from the looks of it. We were very comfortable there. It's right next to the lake on a quiet street in a tidy neighborhood. Very close to grocery stores and everything we needed. At some point it must have suffered water damage. There is a musty smell on the first floor and basement. If you aren't an allergy sufferer you probably wouldn't notice it. We are so we had to take antihistamines during our stay. We opened the windows at one point and it disappeared within minutes. Also there were pieces of what looked like a party hat on the floor and outside so I'm not sure the house was vacuumed before we arrived though everything else was spotless. Overall, a good experience and a nice stay. Thanks!
