Glamping, anyone?! Located on 4 acres just 10 miles from downtown Athens, this new 2023 Heartland Mallard has everything for the excitement of camping with the modern luxuries of RV living. The site is surrounded by tons of acres of open farmland and forest, making it a private oasis just minutes from excellent restaurants, nightlife, breweries and all things UGA! Looking for hiking? Youâre just miles away from state parks! Get away your wayâŠnot the hotel way!!
The 2023 Heartland Mallard is the perfect space for a couple or two friends traveling together. It has a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, dinette seating, two recliners, TV w/ built-in DVD player, propane 3 burner stove, air fryer oven, microwave, large sink, refrigerator, shower with high pressure nozzle, and awning with a private outdoor space. The owners live on the property in the log cabin, but the camper has its own secluded area and parking space. It consists of a full hook-up, which includes central heat/air, water, and sewer.
