Discover your perfect retreat in this charming 1-bedroom suite, just steps away from sandy shores and Cocoa Beach Pier. This private and serene space features a bedroom, private bathroom, and a cozy living room with a kitchenette.
Immerse yourself in the local attractions, whether it's exploring downtown Cocoa Beach, visiting the Kennedy Space Center, or taking a cruise from nearby Port Canaveral. Then unwind with a drink on your deck, soaking in the views, tranquil ambiance and free ocean breeze.
This unique home was converted from 2 attached townhouses to a single-family residence. Your suite is essentially one half of the entire third floor of the home.
The landscaping consists of beautiful tropical foliage set on land made up of crushed coquina and large quarry stones. There you'll find 4 different species of palms, giant white birds of paradise and the colorful and fragrant plumeria (frangipani).
Your suite (1/2 of the entire third floor) has a large open living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower surrounded by glass block. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are also provided. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The suite comes equipped with a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm.
In the kitchenette you'll find a microwave. an air fryer/toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a blender for those iced tropical drinks after a day on the beach.
Artwork by well-known tropical painter, Trip Harrison, is placed throughout your suite.
Beach chairs, two bicycles, boogie boards. rafts and coolers are provided. E-bikes may be rented at Ron Jons, a mile away. Two outdoor showers are provided after your day at the beach.

The space was just what my partner and I needed- Close to the beautiful beach, walking distance to restaurants/stores. It was clean and comfortable, and quite private. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

My second stay in two months went as well as the first time. Great property with wonderful amenities. Host is so friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong staying here.

Great location, clean, amenities and communication was on point. Fred came in clutch on our special occasion. It truly is steps to the beach. We seen a few cruise ships from the balcony. Walking, make a left out of the property following the one way street then a quick right at the stop and your there. Will definitely be back.

We cannot say enough great things about this apartment and the amazing host, Fred! From the moment we booked, Fred was incredibly kind, communicative, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Only a block away from the beach! It had everything we needed and more. Quick night on Cocoa Beach

Needed a one night stay after our day at Kennedy space Center and found this gem of a place. It’s obvious the owner takes great care and pride in maintaining his property. Communication was excellent. Welcome snacks provided. Helpful tips regarding restaurants and things to do are left on a note. Location was central with many places to eat within walking distance and the beach a quick stroll away. Be ready to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs, but that was no problem for me. Only issue is I’m used to a king size bed but the unit had a queen. For a couple, this is a great stay!

What a great setup for any visitor to this area. And decorated for great interest. Walk to the beach and walk for two blocks for breakfast. Owner was organized and stayed in communication. You have to try this one.

Our stay here checked off all the boxes we were looking for our short weekend getaway!!!Location we were walking distance to Cocoa Beach and the Pier and great food! Short Uber to the Port!Informative Our host helped make sure we caught the launch scheduled during our stay. Catching one at the Cape has been on my bucket list for years!Helpful . This place was nice and perfectly adequate for our pre-cruise, one night stay. The host had the door open for us upon arrival and let us know that beach supplies or bicycles were just a text away. The host was very nice and even offered a late check out since he did not have arriving guest for that day. We had a nice stay and for a couple this place is great. Make sure you notice that there are stairs to climb and they are steep. The beach is just a small distance away and very nice. There is a nice view and we loved watching the departing cruise ships from the deck. It was perfect for our stay and we would and likely will stay here again.

10* Awesome place to stay. Tranquility. Property manager Fred made us feel very welcomed. Loved the decor. Loved the suggestion note left for us when we arrived. It was so nice instead of a hotel. We plan on cruising every year, so this is our new spot. Very relaxing place. Thank you for the very nice stay.

Cute condo

Cute condo. Really only suitable for one couple, or a couple with one child, although I went with my adult daughter (we did not want to share the bed) so I used the futon, and it was comfortable. The stairs are steep so if that is a problem you would not want to stay here. Fred was super accommodating. He let us park at condo early and even check in early. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There were bottles of water in frig, Starbucks coffee pods, cookies and even a vase of fresh flowers. I do agree with another post that it is not "steps" to the ocean. It is about 1/2 block then a boardwalk to the sand. Short walk to the pier to eat and other restaurants near to walk to. All in all, a great little place to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Older, small apartment one block from the beach

Owner did everything to make the stay comfortable, very nice furnishings, coffee, snacks. Could not get slider to lock. Third story could be a problem for some. Picked this one because described as "steps from the beach." Was in fact one block and steps from the beach.

Great Weekend Stay!

North Wing Upper Deck is a great place! The property description and photos are completely accurate - tranquil and steps from the beach! It is extremely well furnished and has everything one needs for an enjoyable experience. The kitchenette has small appliances that will allow you to select and pick meals that you want to eat on the Upper Deck. Finally, the owner is extremely attentive to your stay needs, very responsive and has great local recommendations for meals including a special place to enjoy dinner. We loved it and would return in heartbeat!

Short Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time! We chose this location based on proximity to the ocean and to the Kennedy Space Center. The apartment is right across from the beach and we could walk (down the shore) to many restaurants! The host even had a list of recommendations which is always appreciated. The apartment itself is very cute and the bed was very comfortable!

A little slice of heaven

I have traveled for work extensively and this is among the top most peaceful and beautiful places I’ve stayed. You’re a close drive to good seafood spots but far enough away from the loud resorts so it’s quiet. Nothing beats a morning coffee on the deck looking at the sunrise over the ocean. Quiet 2 minute walk down to the beach. Friendly breakfast spot with the best crab cakes and pancakes around the corner. Host was very welcoming. I will absolutely stay again.
