Enjoy a comfortable and centrally located apartment perfect for long-term stays. Whether visiting Sacramento for work or leisure, our newly renovated space offers everything you need to feel at home. Conveniently located near hospitals, Sacramento State, and downtown, this apartment is your ideal base for exploring the city.
The Space:
Living Area: Relax in a cozy living room with a plush couch, armchair, and a 55-inch TV ready for streaming. A dedicated desk makes remote work easy, and the large windows fill the space with natural light.
Dining & Kitchen: Enjoy meals at the dining table or whip up culinary favorites in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and an Instapot.
Bedrooms: Two thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer restful retreats. The primary room features a queen-sized bed and TV, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and modern vanity.
Additional Features:
High-speed internet (Comcast) for work or entertainment.
Security fence and a gated entrance for added peace of mind.
Shared laundry facilities onsite.
