Beautiful home, close to the beach, lots of little extras for fun (ping pong table, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach cart, etc)! Loved staying here and was sad to leave. Can't wait to come back!

Indian Rocks Beach

We enjoyed this property it was clean with the use of the garage and only three short blocks from the Gulf of America with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even a cooler. Also conveniently located on a canal with the use of a kayaking and fishing poles. One thing to be cautious of if stairs are a problem this accommodation is multi-level.

Solid rental property

After renting over 20 places in the immediate area, this is one of two places that we would return to in the future. The property was spotless and well equipped. The owners have done a nice job creating a comfortable space and the extras make a big difference - garage, kayak, beach chairs/towels. Worth noting - there are no dressers in the bedrooms so clothes must be hung. My husband likes to unpack so this was a negative for him; the rest of us didn’t really care :-) I appreciated that the check out procedures were not overly detailed and time consuming. I also appreciated having plenty of bath amenities and toilet paper - not all rentals provide these! Highly recommend!

Long weekend getaway

We found this property last minute for a long weekend getaway. We reached out to the property manager with a few items and were greeted quickly with a response and details. We were lucky to be able to check in a little early as the property manager worked out a schedule with the cleaning crew which was a great way to start.The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. The location is at the end of the street on the canal which is a nice plus to be able to just fish right off the back of the driveway. In addition, it is just a short maybe 5 minute walk to the beach and the house is equipped with a cart, chairs, towels and other items really making that trip super easy. There is also plenty of parking and we were able to use the garage...fit my full size truck in (carefully)...this was a nice plus too.The house/property was great from the start. As mentioned above, there were plenty of items for the beach, a kayak for the canal, fishing poles, ping pong table, etc... The house itself was fully equipped with everything you need and very clean and nicely remodeled with comfy beds and new linens. It was also a big plus they allowed pets as we brought our dogs and there was plenty of room for them in the house and easy to tidy up with the wood floors. The only thing to note is this is a 3 level home so if you are not good with stairs or limited due to health or physical items you may want to rethink a different location. We will definitely stay again!

No crime, 5.3 minutes to the white sand beach and 30 seconds to the intercostal. Great eating, brewery, ice cream, bakeries and more just a walk away.

It is large with a brand new $100,000+ remodel. Perfect! Quiet area yet a quick walk to the beach. No body on three sides of you. Great parking inside and out.
