We found this property to be charming, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is modern and roomy and perfect for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is a very nice place for relaxing and if you have kiddos, there is great tree/playhouse. The location is great and close to everything you want to do or need. The host was also very communicative and accommodating.

This property is wonderful as a stand alone experience. Although our trip to pinetop involved spending time with friends and activities in the community we could have been completely content just staying in and enjoying this home. We had a terrific time playing pool, darts and electronic games. For those who have children the fenced back yard is like a private playground. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic. Can't wait to go back! The host was gracious and communicative.

Property is just lovely. Very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is very nice as well. Very peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved our time. My son and I played a lot of pool, so the game room was great. We would definitely rent this house again. Communicating with owner was easy. Instructions were clear. It was our first experience with renting a home, so I appreciated all the little details in the home. Thank You. Hopefully we can come again soon.

Wonderful stay! The house was very clean and the Modern Rustic decor was cozy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and centrally located. The beds were incredibly comfortable, even for my bad back. (I have a Sleep Number at home so that's saying something!) The game room and the covered back porch with a peaceful wooded view were the highlights for the adults and kids. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure the kids had plenty to do inside and out.

My husband and I had a great time staying here. The check in process was very easy and the property was just as the listing stated. We had a great time playing darts in the game room and hanging out on the back patio. We had a few questions during our stay and the hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. We have already recommended this listing to family and friends and we hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved this house and had a great stay. Everything was clean and modern and so great. The little mountain-themed touches were so cute and the feel of the house was so cozy but updated. There was plenty of space and, though we didn't travel with kids, this would be a great house for kids to stay as well. The backyard had a play set and little car toy and a hammock as well as a fire pit. Also, the game room was so awesome! The street was super quiet and was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The master bedroom was great and the bed was super comfy. The master bath was small but updated and the second bath was nice also. The host was super responsive and kind and getting in and out of the house was super easy. We had a lovely stay!My husband uses a wheelchair so I will say the doorways for both bathrooms and the door to the back porch were too narrow to fit my husband's wheelchair. We had to be creative to get him into the bathroom. Also, the front door has a slight lip and the doorway to the game room also had a slight lip. If you don't use a mobility device this information would be a non-issue.Even with these slight issues we will absolutely be back to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Pinetop, AZ. The cabin was perfectly suited for our group of 2 adults and two teenagers, offering ample space and a cozy atmosphere. The location was ideal for enjoying both relaxation and outdoor activities, with beautiful scenery and convenient access to local attractions. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the serene environment, making our trip a memorable experience.

What a gem! Thoroughly impressed with everything. Clean, well appointed kitchen, game room, comfortable beds…. perfect for our 2 year old grandson due to not only the books and toys inside of the house, but because the backyard has a bounty of outdoor play items. Would definitely recommend anyone with or without children!

As a designer, I appreciate all of the beautiful and intentional moments around the house that were also functional and fun. Everything provided was quality- from kitchen to linens and beds. The game room, kids room, and backyard were so enjoyable for my kids. The only thing I would recommend is updating the bathrooms (at least simple fresh vanities and mirrors).

Wow…….Great getaway from the heat, this spot was so beautifully remodeled! My family of 5 felt right at home and had everything we needed to enjoy some down time. House was immaculate, super close to sunrise park, fishing, golf, and great local restaurants. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to travel up into the pines! Host was also very helpful during our stay, 10/10!!!

Our stay here was perfect! The game room was extremely clean and up-to-date, and a ton of fun! The beds were super comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The owners were also super helpful and approachable the entire time. It was a great place, and we would definitely stay here then if we come back to pinetop.

Beautiful refurbished property! My family and I enjoyed the cool mountain weather and large back and front yard. This is a perfect home for those traveling with young or older children. There was no AC but that was an oversight on my part. We traveled in June so we opened the windows at night and this sufficiently cooled the house down. We loved the wooded oversized lot and will definitely keep this property in mind for future winter travels.
