Our Guest Services team maintained prompt communication throughout the stay, dispatched assistance to the property to address reported concerns, and followed through on the items brought to our attention per our records. Our Guest Services Manager also worked directly with your group to provide compensation for the inconveniences experienced, which was discussed and agreed upon at departure. We would also like to clarify that the pool restroom mentioned in the review is a community/HOA-managed facility and is not owned, cleaned, or maintained by Southern Holiday Homes. While we are always happy to pass concerns regarding shared amenities along to the appropriate parties, our team unfortunately does not have control over the servicing of those facilities. We never want issues to interfere with a guest’s vacation, and we’re sorry that there were items requiring attention during your time with us. We were grateful for the opportunity to assist while you were here and to work toward a resolution with your group. All feedback regarding the home itself has also been shared with the appropriate teams and they have since been addressed. We appreciate you staying with us and wish you and your group all the best.
