Detta är en bondgård på 5000 kvm. Det byggdes 1891 som ett lokalt skolrum, klocktorn och allt. Hemmet är fantastiskt med massor av karaktär. Det finns 2 master sviter, en med öppen spis och balkong. Det finns två andra små sovrum. 5 badrum totalt. Familjerum med smart t. v., ett lekrum för barn och ett ljust, soligt kök med rostfria vitvaror. En vacker matsal med en 13ft lantgård bord. En pool, jacuzzi och upphöjda grönsaksängar i bakgården. En fuji äppelodling. Ett stort öppet gräsfält, för fotboll, volleyboll eller att springa runt.

50th Birthday Celebration

Our stay was absolute perfection, from the first moment of communication, to the seamless arrival, and our entire stay. The home is completely magical, such a special home, with loads of room to relax, and enjoy. We rented the entire space, and loved the pool, the amazing kitchen, the giant dining table, and all the beautiful eclectic touches in the home. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and were there for any and all of our needs. We will LOVE to come back again, and again!!! Thank you!!

A Lovely Escape

We came for a couple of days to find some quiet and some space. The Schoolhouse was such a cool spot with all of its history plus the pool! Definitely offered quiet and space and was great for our family. Diane and Mike are lovely people who made us feel very welcome.

Great stay

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay - would love to visit again. Well equipped kitchen, lots of space to spread out - and the pool, hot tub and outdoor dining made it feel relaxing.

Perfect stay-put get away

We totally enjoyed the home and amenities. Such a different home, but very comfortable and met all of our needs. The pool was the star of this trip for us. We will return.

We have been fortunate enough to travel the world with our four children who are now ages 30,29,28,22 We have a puppy, Golden Doodle, BEAR , ADORABLE !!!!

We lived in this home, and feel it is such a blessing and a unique place to live we want to share it. We love to travel and hope to fill our home with people who appreciate to travel and stay in cozy homey places. Now that all of our children are gone in college and working, we are living in this huge house & wanting to share it.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Well, beacuse we live here, sometimes we take it for granted. The frogs lul us to sleep at night, the birds sing all day every day. The micro climate weather is awsome especially when you hear it is socked in and foggy at the coast. The space is nice, privacy and mature trees surround you. The kitchen is open and airy and relaxing to bake in.
The BBQ is next to the pool, and is a perfect set up for entertaining family and friends.Sitting in the warm jaquzzi at night under the stars is one of our families favorite traditions. We have raised beds that grow our kale, broccoli, beets, carrots and we have fuji apple trees....100 of them:)
This home is located in the country on a dirt road. We are about 8 minutes from town, 10 minutes to the closest beaches. We are about 20 minutes to San Luis Obispo. The benefits of this home are that you get the privacy and quiet of the country with no close neighbors, yet not too removed from the village of AG, or Slo town.
