We enjoyed our stay at this beach house! We had plenty of room and the house had everything you could think of. Mother Nature decided it would rain the whole trip but we still had plenty to do with all the games. Having Publix and other stores across the street made shopping very easy. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Everything was exactly as advertised! They did a great job reaching out and making sure we were taken care of upon check-in. 2 minutes from the beach. Right across from breakfast spots, Publix, 10 min drive from the strip. Perfect location. Couldn’t say enough good things

Great little beach bungalow 100 ft from the beach. Everyone loved the racing car game, bocce, and especially the outdoor shower! Lots of beach/pool items and plenty of different rooms for private spaces, even with a crowded house. Parking for our three cars was easy and had no issues during our stay.

We had a fantastic family week at this well-stocked, comfortable breach retreat. The home has all the towels, bedding, and beach chairs or family of 7 could need. The kitchen was stocked withheld the normal sishes with the bonus of zipper bags, plastic wrap, other other essentials. Tonya was always quick to respond to questions, which we greatly appreciated. Great week. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Family Retreat! The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and sand pit as well as the close proximity to the beach. The hot tub was also nice on some of the cooler days we had. It's a great place to stay for a beach visit with children!

Excellent home, excellent host!Tonya was very responsive and accommodating. This was the best house I have stayed in! As a mom, I really appreciated the extra towels, extra blankets, and cleaning supplies. I also liked being able to walk to restaurants and Publix from the house.We will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend. The first thing we noticed upon entering was how clean everything was. There were plenty of towels provided for, showering, hot tub and beach. The amenities are amazing, between the game room hot tub, fire pits and outside games there was never a bored moment. Plus you are right at the beach and is conveniently located to supermarkets, and food. The host answers your questions quickly and was pleasant to deal with.

THREE GENERATIONS of family members all AGREE: our three-night stay at this beach retreat ENDED TOO SOON! GRANKIDS (ages 2-12) were never wantingfor fun activities: yard games, ARCADE GAMES, fire pit (for roasted hot dogs, & marshmallows for smores), and the beach! PARENTS delighted in the tranquil, low-populated, family-friendly neighborhood near grocery, gas, pizza, coffee, etc., the hot tub, unhindered beach access, and AMPLE, ON-SITE PARKING!GRANDPATENTS were deeply blessed to witness the hive of gleeful activity, then retreat to our detached quarters with the treasured perk of setting the thermostat a tad warmer! As the ("expert booking") matriarch of the bunch, I always AIM FOR EXCELLENCE, not perfection, This property delivered perfectly on my TOP 3 P's: PRICE, PROXIMITY (within 90-min drive of home) , & overall PERKS!!! House was clean, location was great. The kids loved the sand area. The weather wasn’t ideal while we were there but the sand area kept the kids entertained, especially finding sharks teeth and shells throughout. They loved the kid cave also. 10/10 recommend and would visit again. Easy walk across the street for breakfast at Dunkin or for a snack at the 7/11. Host was responsive to questions we had. Easy check in/out. And the Hot tub was a plus with the chilly weather.
