Absolutely fantastic place in a great location! The property is clean, spacious, and conveniently located close to so many area attractions. We really enjoyed being able to walk on Main Street and the waterfront as well as enjoy the views from the rooftop deck. This is a historic building with so much character and charm but also modern and updated amenities. 3 bathrooms is a huge bonus for the space and our group of 6 felt extremely comfortable here. Comfortable beds, living area and outdoor space. Really unique place and we are so glad we found it!

This place is so cool!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Such a unique space, and they've really made the most of it. The roof deck is the bomb! And the location is so convenient. Walking distance from the local landmarks, dining, shopping, and the waterfront. I definitely recommend this place!

Amazing spot in an historic building in the middle of Plymouth. The location was great and the penthouse setup and furnishings were well done. Communication with the host was timely whenever I had a question, he was very responsive. The view from the terrace and patio was awesome, easy to take in while sitting at the patio table or in the hot tub. We were able to walk everywhere we needed during our stay, easy access to historic areas and the harbor which features plenty of dining and shopping choices, as well as our whale watching trip, all within a 10-15 minute walk. The whole family loved it.

Great location, walking distance to everything!

We stayed at this penthouse for a friends weekend getaway. It was the perfect spot, close to restaurants, bars and shopping! The weather did not cooperate so being close to these spots was super convenient. Bill was great, quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

We rent every year at this time and have stayed in many historic homes in the area. This is now our favorite. Amazing all around! Host was responsive and process was smooth. I would highly recommend

The rooftop deck is amazing with spectacular water views, private hot tub, and gas fire pit table. The central location made this penthouse a perfect stay. We walked everywhere to explore Plymouth- and didn’t have to walk far. The three spacious bathrooms and showers were nice so a few of us could get ready at the same time. The coffee bar was an added bonus. The home is nicely decorated and cozy. Highly recommend this rental if you like older buildings that look brand new. Bill is a great communicator too which made things easy. Book it if you can- it’s rare you will find many rentals like this unique one in a historic building that has all the modern amenities.

What a gem!Terrific location (WITH parking). Easy walking distance to downtown Plymouth: restaurants, main street, waterfront, historical attractions, whale watching.Outstanding accommodations: hot tub, sauna, steam shower, bbq grill. Views from rooftop deck amazing. Turn-key with bedding, linens, towels and basic kitchen needs. Great coffee bar provided!Owner responsive with helpful suggestions.Truly a one-of-a-kind vacation stay.

Six of us stayed in this loft above the village post office. Friends in town who stayed at different places were green with envy when they got a quick peek. It has a perfect vibe and the amenities like rooftop deck with hot tub were exceptional and enjoyed. Location is perfect. Right near everything. Would’ve liked a dim solar light shining on hot tub steps as we tripped a few times. They are moveable btw. That’s a minor observation included to convey the neutrality of my review. Instructions were clear. Communication with Bill was seamless. I couldn’t recommend it higher.
