This one's for the trip where you want a little luxury with your lake time.
Brand new build in a gated community in Kingsland, with a pool (can be heated for an additional fee), hot tub, and four bedrooms that sleep up to 12. The home comes with its own assigned boat lift, and the ramp is an easy walk away, so getting out on the water couldn't be simpler. It's also a short walk to the golf course and Lake LBJ.

This house picked up multiple Parade of Homes awards for its design, and you'll feel it the second you walk in. High-end finishes, luxury bedding, and decor that actually looks like the photos.

MAIN LEVEL
Open living area, kitchen with island, and dining space that all flow together. Step outside to the pool and hot tub, lounge seating, dining table, and grill. Lake views from the living area, plus a smart TV and Sonos sound system throughout.

Great location. Accommodations were outstanding. Pool was really nice easy access to the boat ramp and included boat slip.

We had the best time. Everything was absolutely perfect. The lake access and boat slip were very close. The home was very clean and spacious. The amenities were easily accessible. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts. The house was very comfortable for our group of small kids and teenagers as well.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean, and the pool was well maintained and enjoyable. The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The communication was excellent. The boat ramp and slip was right out our back door. Pool Company came out twice while we were there. Pool was always clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay at this property again. Highly recommend!

Kingsland and Horseshoe Bay are both just a short drive away if you want to explore even further.
