Living Area: Relax in the cozy living room with a 65` smart TV and an electric fireplace that doubles as a heater.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, crepe maker, and all the basics for your culinary needs.
Garage: 2-car garage with an EV charging station, plus visitor parking available in various sections of the complex. A grill is also stored in the garage.
Entertainment: Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 55` smart TV in the master bedroom.
Parking: Ample parking space with a garage and pad, plus additional visitor parking spots throughout the complex.
DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET (YOU WILL BE TOWED)
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
--A $200 refundable deposit or a $30 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
