This wonderful house located in picturesque Skaneateles, NY, an area often referred to as the most beautiful village in all the Fingerlakes region! This is the perfect home base for your next vacation or wedding event. Our house has had a recent and complete renovation with premium furnishings, a premium GE appliance commercial style kitchen, and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Multiple porches allow you to view the peaceful landscape surrounding the house. There is even a small stretch of private access to Skaneateles creek that literally stocked on our stretch every April by NYSDEC with many hundreds of rainbow and brook trout!

With three cozy bedrooms including two(2) king beds and one(1) twin bed, and all with hotel quality cotton linens, plush down comforters, and soft & firm pillows, the bedrooms offers all the comforts you desire for a good nights rest. Every bedroom room has new LED televisions and bedside clocks with multiple USB/USB-C ports for convenient charging of your electronics.

The beautifully tiled and ultra-clean bathrooms are stocked with plush all-cotton towels, premium soaps and hair care products, and two professional duty hair dryers for your use and convenience.

If you like to cook (we recommend you gather some local offerings from the nearby seasonal farmers market), you will enjoy the commercial style kitchen featuring all new GE Cafe Series appliances and a full range of commercial cookware for your use. Granite countertops, a large farm style sink, and a large center island makes for an enjoyable space to create and enjoy your gourmet meals. Do you enjoy your morning coffee? A premium Nespresso coffee maker and a full assortment of flavor profiles are there for you to enjoy!

Ladies getaway

Honestly one of the nicest houses I’ve rented and I’ve rented many of them over the years. This home is beautiful inside and out. It is beautifully decorated and is immaculate. Ever need a guest could have has been anticipated. The home is very conveniently located to Skaneateles and other finger lakes attractions. We will be back!

Beautiful home with thoughtful touches and an ideal location!We stayed here during our son's wedding at The Sinclair, and it couldn't have been more convenient—just a few doors down! The house was immaculate, spacious, and perfectly equipped for our group of five adults. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond, providing bottled water, snacks, a Nespresso machine, and a list of great local restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels in the bathroom. Both the front and back decks were lovely spots to relax and enjoy a morning coffee. I highly recommend this home—it made our special weekend even more memorable.

We stayed in this beautiful house during Syracuse graduation weekend. My family was in awe of how much thought was put into every detail of this house to make for a special stay. Every room in the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. There were fresh flowers in the kitchen when we walked in, bottled water and sparkling water in the refrigerator (which was sooo welcome after a long drive), fluffy white towels in the bathroom, and so much more. The hosts truly thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The house was only half hour from Syracuse University, and I can promise that compared to the overpriced hotels near the college, we by far had the best place to stay. I whole heartedly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.
