The apartment was re-done nicely. However the location is a bit far from the UVM campus.

We traveled 4 1/2 hours to Burlington, VT. We were very happy to see how centrally located the apartment was to everything there was to do. The apartment seemed newly renovated, and the beds were comfortable after a long day of walking around.Whatever questions we had leading up to the trip were answered within hours.

I really liked this property...had everything you could need! Loved the parking right outside the door and easy to walk to places too!one note- while it's a non-smoking property- there is a smoker somewhere. There was weed and cigarette smells here and there...coming thru the vent.we did alert the host- unsure if there is anything that can be done.would absolutely stay again!

Quick stay

My family was in town for to tour UVM. Place was nice, clean and just what we needed. The location is close to downtown but maybe not the nicest part of town. Overall, it felt safe and was convenient to walk downtown and to the waterfront. Would stay again.

We were visiting our daughter at for parents weekend at UVM, and this was the perfect home base for my husband, myself, and our other daughter. It was clean, well cared for, and convenient. Easy parking right out front and well maintained unit. Good communication throughout. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Positively Perfect

This compact unit was perfect, everything needed was provided. Beds were very comfortable, the fireplace was a lovely addition for a cold weekend, parking was within steps of the door. And tho neighborhood was crowded, there were no noise issues. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, except for a coffee pot (there was a keurig with pods though). The host was very quick to answer any questions and our stay was very good. Our only problem was that we had 2 cars and finding safe street parking for the second car was a bit of a challenge but not impossible. I would definitely stay here again but only with one car! I think this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed!

Sam and Madi Wedding week

It was my mistake that I arrived a day early. The manager was very easy to work with, met me there, and checked us in a day early. Crisis averted.

A little gem in Burlington

A well stocked 2 bedroom apartment with easy access and parking. The furnishings are new and comfortable. And VERY clean. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils - everything you need. Check in/out process was very easy and communication with manager was quick. Stayed for 10 days. The Old Town area is not very vibrant - that said the location is a 10 minute walk to Church Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment which included parking was great for our long weekend vacation. It was an easy walk to downtown and a great home base for seeing the surrounding area. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking if we had chosen to cook. The beds were comfortable.
