Best place I’ve stayed down Ocean City hands-down. No need to get in your car once you arrive. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Heck I didn’t even need to put my flip-flops. I want to go to the beach. Love this place will definitely be back.

The location was perfect! I was a bit worried it would not be large enough for our family of 5 but the kids’ room was large and worked out well for my children.

The condo what’s a great experience for my family of four. The location was just far enough away from the boardwalk to be peaceful and relaxing. At the same time, it was just close enough to the boardwalk to provide the activities we wanted.The amenities were worth everything. A beach vacation with a washer and dryer is a must access to a full kitchen makes vacation more affordable for families.This property was a great choice!

My family and I stayed at this lovely beachfront condo, enough for about 9 people. The kids loved the bunk beds and easy access to the beach, even though they stayed in back patio/sand area majority of the time. The condo is within walking distance of various restaurants - we liked walking to Uber Bagels - and a short drive to stores/shopping, with the boardwalk about 25 mins drive. It is on the quieter side, which was a plus and check in/out was easy. There was heavy rain over the weekend and we got soaked on the boardwalk, so we used the dryer to get clothes back to normal but it turned off after a few minutes. We shared this with Lauren, so I’m sure she will look into it. Overall, we had a great time! We would definitely come back and recommend this place

Lauren was great! Very responsive and helpful when we needed a couple of things. Condo was clean and the first floor access to the beach was perfect for our family. It was our first time to Ocean City, MD and we would gladly come back.

Great place.

It was amazing. We loved the location the ease of getting to the beach. We loved this safe so very clean location. North OC is calm and feels safe and a slower pace!!!! Just what we needed. The outside of this condo is immaculate and well kept and taken care of. The owners are quick to response and very nice!

What a fantastic experience! This is a perfect location for a family of 5 and the unit was even better than described. The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The patio walks out directly onto a relatively quiet portion of the beach. You can walk to many shops, restaurants, and a great park. The owners were very attentive and made sure that we had everything we could ever need. Don't look anywhere else for a quiet and relaxed trip to Ocean City!

We had the best time staying here & would love to return for the future! Wonderful location with walk out to beach access. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/showers with full washer and dryer were a family favorite. We loved the full kitchen and your Keurig with the sunrise made for the best mornings. We appreciated all the communication, the detailed emails and welcome notebook & bag a it some house supplies, thank you. Highly recommend!

Great week in Ocean City

We had a great week staying in this condo. It had everything we needed. Being on the first floor was nice to just walk out of the patio and walk to the beach. This condo was close to a bunch of restaurants that we walked to a few days. If you have your own streaming stick or Roku bring it and you will have your own accounts stored. That's what I did.

The condo itself is very clean, well-equipped, has clearly had some recent updates, and has comfortable beds. From the balcony you can walk down a few steps to the sand. From certain vantage points inside the condo and on the balcony you can see the ocean over the dunes. The kids really enjoyed the sandy common area right outside the building. The walkway to the beach is literally right there which makes going back and forth a breeze.Lauren was a great host. We had a minor housekeeping issue which she made sure was resolved expediently. A note on accessibility: this unit is on the first floor but it’s not ground level. There are a few steps to go up to access the front door which is located in the interior of the building. We had a stroller wagon with us which we wheeled around the side of the building when we wanted to walk to shops or restaurants. Overall, great stay, we were sad to go home!

Walk Out Onto the Sand

This place is so convenient. I was able to walk out and set up the chairs and umbrella easily while my wife was watching the kids. Running the kids up to use the bathroom (especially in an emergency), take a nap, get a snack, etc. is so much easier than staying off the beach or bayside. They even have a little area out front were we can hang out on windy days and use a blow up pool. It is the perfect spot for families away from the boardwalk congestion.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, tastefully furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The linens, bath towels, and beach towels were provided. Upon our arrival, we found a goodie bag filled with supplies that we might need for the week-detergent, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing soap, bath soap, etc. (very thoughtful). The kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies needed. The outdoor space had plenty of room to relax and to enjoy meals. Although the condo is on the first floor, one can see the ocean from the beachside porch. One feature that I liked about this condo is that there are only six units in the building, so there was not much foot traffic. The best feature is the location-beachfront and only a minute’s walk to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. I found the owner’s to be quick to respond and they provided a book with helpful information about the condo and the area.

The condo was clean and such a great location! We loved being able to go back and forth to the beach easily with a young kiddo. The area was quiet, particularly in the evening, but close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, etc. Lauren was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond.
