It comes with a brand new outdoor pool/spa paradise, open concept living, designer kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with and all the modern amenities. Walk to El Paseo and Cahuilla Hills Park and hiking trails—this quiet neighborhood is close to all!

Equipped with a high chair, pack & play, kids dinnerware and pool floaties. Please let us know in advance if you will require any of these items to make sure they are available for you.

Located on a quiet neighborhood street in Palm Desert. Guests will be less than one mile of some of our favorite restaurants and the El Paseo shopping district (you can also take advantage of the courtesy carts for a ride along El Paseo).
The greater Coachella Valley is best accessed by your own car, but Uber and Lyft are available.
