The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less. ** Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. Guests are expected to pick up all dog poop right away/daily. Especially in shared areas out of courtesy for others.
***We require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit, signed lease agreement and State issued Driverâs License or Passport of the primary renter. All these items must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. These items will be collected via a third-party property management software. You will receive an email after you complete this booking.
Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and signer of agreement must stay on premises for entire booking
