Iâll start by saying donât believe the amount of good reviews of this place. That was my first mistake. This condo was an absolute disaster. My familyâs trip started with arriving to a house that was over 87* inside and a smell of a dumpster. The house was dirty with hair, dust throughout and hair, dust and black mold all over the bathroom. Everything in this condo is old and outdated. The sofa is disgusting and broken. The tube tv and dvd player in the smaller bedroom doesnât work which means I; as a 41 year old man got to sleep in a single bed because my son needs a tv to fall asleep. The queen bed is also hard as a rock and worn out to the point of feeling like you will roll off the edge. When these issues were presented to the host Sandip Kakar, not Sandy, he told me that this is âjust an investment property that he only sees once a year, and what should I expect the house was built in the 80sâ. Thatâs a direct quote I must add. We wasted a day going back and forth with him and vrbo trying to get a refund so we could leave and find another house so our vacation wasnât wasted. Needless to say that last minute houses are impossible to find in Ocean City. He sent his cleaner the next day and requested we show him what is dirtyâŠshouldnât the cleaner know what is dirty?! Now we wasted another half a day of our vacation in this dump which brings it to a day and a half of wasted time trying to keep our son with special needs busy and amused.
