Detta är ett snyggt hus, huvudsakligen av betong med en liten sektion i trä. Den har en liten uteplats, ett stort vardagsrum samt en separat matplats, två sovrum med en dubbelsäng i varje sovrum och annan sovrumsutrustning. Det finns ett badrum med dusch och skåp ovanför handfat. Köket är snyggt med kylskåp, spis, mikrovågsugn, liten tvättmaskin och tak och underskåp inklusive kvastskåp. Golvet i vardagsrummet är trä och färgat, medan resten av golvet har keramiska plattor. Utsidan är målad i Adonis Glow och vit med spanska bruna beslag. Insidan är målad i lugna färger av off-white, mintgrön och majs som ger en mycket lugn miljö. Det finns kabel-TV, internet och telefon. Det finns också varmt och kallt vatten. Det finns inbrottsstång vid fönster och dörrar och den främre och bakre trädgården är betong och inhägnad. Huset ligger på huvudvägen, mellan busshållplatser och det ligger också inom gångavstånd från ett litet centrum vid Warrens. Transport är lättillgänglig för Bridgetown och andra intressanta platser.

absolutely lovely area, perfect for our working purposes easy bus access 1 hour walk from the beach homeowner brilliant and welcoming friendly neighbourhood some difficulty find the area as it is not easy to find on google maps

Convenient as on bus route but very noisy. However good value for money.

We loved Barbados and had a great time. We did find everything expensive and would estimate the cost of living as at least double that of England (we live near Bristol). Dorothy was pleasant. We spent as little time as possible at the property. The living areas were spacious and airy, the shower room was fine, the kitchen was adequate although missing some basic equipment such as a sharp knife, the bedrooms were compact. I found the property grubby on arrival so had to clean it. The fundamental issue is the road noise whether the windows were open or shut it made no difference. We often had to stop talking if it was really busy on the road because we couldn’t hear what was being said. So overall it was value for money but if I were to go back to Barbados I wouldn’t stay there because of the noise.

This property is beautiful, spacious, peaceful and safe.

I would recommend this property to anyone. The house is clean, spacious and very safe. My first impression of the house was 'Wow'. I love the decore and the location. The house is located in a perfect place with supermarkets near by and public transport literally just across the road. Another thing I love about the house is that it is insect free there are no mosquitoes or any other insects so I didn't have to worry about getting bitten in the house. Safety isn't an issue for the house as the doors and windows have safety bars and locks. The area is safe too with friendly locals. Plus the landlord lives behind the house and she has three lovely dogs that also guard the house and raise an alarm whenever someone comes near the property. The landlord is great and communication is not an issue as she is always ready and available to assist, and answer any questions you may have. She is very friendly too and makes you feel very welcome to the island. I highly recommend this property. The price is great and 100% worth it. Staying at Adonis house will add to the enjoyment of your stay in the beautiful island of Barbados. I will most definitely be booking again in the future and will make sure my family and friends do too. Kind regards, Rebecca.

appreciate the owner

Thank You Notes for Dorothy Vaughan: There are many ways in which you can say thank you to someone. But I dont know how to be thankful of this Madam. She is the owner of a nice house which called Adonis (in Barbados). I had a wonderful time there. Very nice place with good facilities and nice furniture. Everywhere was clean also. My houseband and I love the beautiful backyard! Not only the house but the owner is great!! She is very kind and responsible person. Dear Dorothy, I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had with you while we were in Barbados. You are actually fantastic guide. I am not sure when we'll visit again, but I hope it won't be too long! Thanks again for a truly great time! for playing Piano! for your delicious fish! and every thing.
