Weâre the Haug's, the Adank's and the Donnelly's. This is truly a family run business and weâre thrilled to have you stay with us. We are from Eau Claire, Wisconsin and also have our family land in Holcombe Wisconsin. When weâre not busy working, we love exploring all that Wisconsin has to offer and the beautiful Lake Holcombe Area, Pau has been a chef for over 32 years and likes to try out new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with our three kids, 1 granddaughter and our 2 dogs Reagan and Molly.
Hosting is a true passion for us. We have over 30 years of service industry experience and we take great pride in making our guests feel at home and strive to provide a warm, inviting space where you can relax and make wonderful memories. We enjoy sharing our local knowledge, so feel free to ask us for recommendations on the best hiking trails, hidden gem restaurants, or fun activities in the area.
