This was the perfect place for our trip to visit Banff. It's in a great spot in Canmore and allowed for easy travel to and from the park. There was plenty of space and the underground parking was great! We would stay there again!

Excellent location, loved the mountain view from the balcony. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after each long day of hiking! Very nicely equipped kitchen, we had lovely meals in as well as enjoying the nice restaurants in Canmore.

It's a great location, not in the hustle and bustle but close enough. Stayed with two families (4 adults and 4 smaller kids aged 3-8). We were quite comfortable in the space. Hot pools are really nice!

Property was dirty, dishes in the cabinets were not clean, long hairs were in the beds on the sheets in the bathroom on the toilet tank no laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent , or extra paper towels (less than a half a roll)... But other than that it was good. The restaurant downstairs was amazing!

Hi Deni, Thanks for writing a review. I’m sorry to hear your experience wasn’t 100% satisfactory. I’m very responsive to any deficiencies that may have occurred, especially cleaning deficiencies. My cleaning contractors are typically very good and I’ve had a great experience with them so far, but they do have a number of different employees and people can make mistakes. If you’d reached out to let me know there were any issues I most certainly would have had those addressed for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact me or your future hosts in the future. Thanks for your feedback and thanks for being my guest. Kind regards, Andrew

Carpets were dirty! Towels didn’t look clean so we washed them before using! Needs some major TLC and Updating! Parking garage was very nice! Unless you like to walk, pretty far away from downtown shopping! Kitchen needs some more baking pans! Andrew was quick to respond and seemed to care so hate leaving a bad review!
