A very nice condo and the owner allows dogs, which is great! We have a Mini Goldendoodle and a German Shepherd. The negative was other owners/tenants in the complex were very rude & negative toward us and our dogs. Our German Shepherd is solid black, trained and loyal. Yes, she barked at strangers when we took her out. However, she was always on leash, we never let her near anyone and we went above and beyond being respectful to others there. The neighbors stated that our Shepherd was intimidating. Ok, we understand that but our Shepherd obeys our commands, was always under our control and was NEVER A THREAT! Too many non-dog lovers in the complex who were beyond annoying.

Golf & Mountains

Enjoyed our stay as always. The unit was clean, well equipped and wonderfully situated overlooking the 9th green. We have stayed in this unit several times over the past 15 years and prefer it to others we have been in at the Maggie Valley Club.

Having stayed here before we have always enjoyed the location and the area around the condo, this year we found it in need of some deep cleaning, and showing signs of wear. One guest room does have a tv, but only a blue ray to watch videos.

The best.

The condo was terrific. We enjoyed the stay very much. Annemarie was excellent. She was on point! The condo could use a little more lighting. Pretty dark. Thank you so much. We appreciate it very much. The elevator was very handy! We loved the cold weather and snow.

Consistently well maintained unit

We have stayed in this unit several times over the past 15 years. It overlooks the 9th green toward the clubhouse and is our favorite over the years. TV program availability is limited unless one holds personal streaming subscriptions.

Great Location and well appointed condo

The Condo overlooked the 9th hole and had great views of the Mountains. Very nice balcony with high top table. The condo had everything you would need.

Enjoyed the mountain view and the coziness of this condo!

Elevator was a plus because was not counting on it but it was much needed!! The condo is in a good location close to town. You are of walking distance to the clubhouse that has a bar and restaurant. Loved Maggie Valley!! Will def come back!! Thanks for this amazing condo!!!

Getaway to MVCC

Location is great to to Maggie and Waynesville. Unit on 3rd floor but elevator for use. Parking is close to unit. Was cold so didn’t use porch glad they had space heater for master! Nice views great for golf and easy to manage our small dog . Nice size for 4 adults.

Beary good time

We enjoyed this clean, quiet, cozy bear decorated condo. It was well stocked with all the convenience of home! Well situated and easily accessible with great views! Great fall get away! Will look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great condo

Great condo. Loved sitting on the deck to watch golfers before and after we played. Friendly neighbors. Only difficulty was the elevator did not work the afternoon we arrived. Very hot and humid day. The property manager notified us and arranged assistance to carry luggage up to condo. Very much appreciated. Elevator fixed the next morning. Terrific place to stay.

Perfect view on the golf course, comfortable, spacious, pet friendly

From beginning to end our contact went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, make extra calls to accommodate some requests we had and was very responsive to anything we needed. Spacious 2 bedroom condo which makes sharing it with my sister and her husband easy. Your not on top of each other. We spent a ton of time on the balcony/patio (pretty much every time we were in the condo we were on the patio/balcony area). Great view of the golf course and the mountains and the way its designed we sat out there when it was the middle of day sun. You are shaded from that and other times when it was raining could sit out there and not get wet. Kitchen has everything you need. Easy walk down the street to sidewalks that we could walk in the mornings and evenings to get exercise. We have stayed here before other times of the year and we have always had a wonderful stay. Thank you again for letting us rent your home.

Great family getaway!

Excellent property management! Condo was just as described and the views over the 9th fairway and mountains were spectacular! The weather was perfect, so we especially enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers. Would highly recommend it and will stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We enjoyed our week's stay at Maggie Valley. The condo is in a great location for activities in Waynesville, Cherokee, Asheville, and the surrounding mountains. Beautiful balcony view of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The condo development was quiet; and the neighbors were friendly. We had a small issue with the shower and the property manager was prompt and thorough in addressing it. Thanks Anne Marie!

WE VACATIONED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR FOURTEEN YEARS AND IT HAS BECOME A SECOND HOME TO US. WE PURCHASED THIS UNIT IN 2012 AND OUR CHILDREN HAVE COME TO LOVE THE AREA AND ALL IT HAS TO OFFER, BUT MOST ESPECIALLY THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS AREA THEIR PERMANENT HOME.
