Shipwatch Condos is a gated development right on the beach with a large pool, grill & picnic area, private beach access, and covered parking. Major exterior renovations were just completed in the summer of 2024. This unit is located on the 2nd floor (parking only on ground level) and has elevator and stair access. For convenience, Unit 114 has a large storage closet located on the ground level. Beach chairs, floats, umbrella, and children's bikes are available for your use, but there is still lots of extra room for any of your personal beach gear. This 2 bedroom condo also has a fold-out sofa bed in the living room which allows space for up to a total of 6 guests.

Clean, quick response, a bit further walk to beach than we thought because of the rainy weather we had to walk down to the boardwalk. but wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay again!!!

The condo was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. We were pleased with our stay. The only thing was it’s a long walk to the beach. We went down to the other access boardwalk.

We have stayed at this condo twice now and love it! Our dog loves it also and being on the beach is a big plus! Condo is nicely appointed and clean. Highly recommend!

Spring Break Getaway

Great proximity to the beach, we took advantage of the pool quite a bit and we loved being able to bring our dog to a beach where she could play.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Shipwatch 114. The condo was super cute and the beds were very comfy! The pool was so refreshing after the hike to and from the beach. It is a bit of a walk and there is a long sand pathway once you go over the marsh boardwalk. It was hard to navigate our beach wagon through that sand and some mucky areas. Shipwatch is a great family complex close to everything! We rented a golf cart and had so much fun exploring the island! I would stay here again!

Ship Watch Stay

We enjoyed our stay . The beach was a bit of a walk due to beach erosion but that was to be expected . We enjoyed the pool and being able to bring our dog.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for my husband and me. It was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prepare and enjoy some meals at the condo - and had some great meals out at many of the restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable in the master and the towels were new, fluffy and luxurious. Our host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating - it was so nice that we could bring our pup with us! The complex has a nice pool and the beach is very accessible - just through the gate/door behind the pool area out to the very large beautiful beaches. The complex is conveniently located and walkable or accessible to many restaurants and shops by bike. We would love to return again!

Loved the pool area, the green space and pathway to the beach. Also loved the oversized balcony with plenty of seating. Overall great property. Our only complaint would be the extra blankets and linens had a very strong odor, so we were unable to use them. Probably had not been used in a while, but needed to be freshened up.

This property was perfect for our little Christmas getaway. We were so thankful to find a welcoming pet friendly place so we could bring our fur family Clean, comfortable and wellequipped with most of the necessities. Highly recommend. A Wonderful Week

Once again, our trip from Virginia to St. Simon's and Shipwatch was terrific. Everything was well done and our host, Ben ensured that all went exceedingly well during our stay. A relaxing week in the middle of winter was just what we needed and the condo at Shipwatch was great. Comfort in a Beautiful location!

My friend and I stayed over Labor Day weekend and loved the comforts of the condo, beach access and walkability of the location. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, the bathrooms look brand new (towels are amazing) and the beds are cozy. The beach is a short walk out the back of the complex and we walked every morning and evening. Pet friendly too and saw lots of happy dogs and families. The area is very safe for pedestrians and bicyclists with wide side walks that overlook the scenic marsh landscape. We saw many marsh birds, turtles and fish. There is a cluster of restaurants a short walk down the street and we used bikes to ride to the Lighthouse and museum down the road. We loved our stay and will absolutely be staying again in the future.

The room was wonderful, we loved the area and the pool & beach were great. I would and I’ll likely rebook. The walk to and from the beach was longer and a little tougher than expected… wouldn’t be good for elderly or anyone who wouldn’t be able to go on a small hike, but we didn’t mind
