Welcome to the Cozy & Spacious Oasis: A Group-Friendly, Licensed Vegas Retreat!
Welcome to our expansive 4,250 sq ft ranch-style haven, featuring four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. Nestled only 15 minutes from The Strip and conveniently located near the freeway, youâll enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer within easy reach.
Our place is one of the fewer than 200 STRS in Las Vegas that are fully licensed, ensuring that your stay will be completely legal and uninterrupted.
The space
Our generously sized, vintage abode is designed with elements that echo the vibe of a cozy resort. Highlights include:
â Kitchen w/ cooking utensils
â High-speed Cox internet
â Indoor and outdoor dining areas
â An outdoor patio
â A trio of game tables: poker, blackjack, and craps
â Large flat-screen smart TV equipped with Fire Stick and complimentary Netflix
â A large private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi
â BBQ grill
Several rooms in our home come with plush carpeting, closet organizers, and en-suite bathrooms that feature separate showers and jet tubs.
Whether you're planning a family/group vacation, a WSOP tournament, an extended stay, or a corporate trip, our home provides remarkable value and an ambiance that is both welcoming and relaxing.
Note: Heating the Jacuzzi incurs an additional $50 charge for the entire duration of the stay. Please reach out to us after booking for assistance.

As our guest, youâll have unrestricted access to every part of the home, excluding a side room that we, as owners, occupy for office/storage purposes.

In compliance with city ordinances, we maintain occupancy in one of the side rooms which functions as our office. We have a separate entrance/exit from the garage to this office, ensuring your privacy and peace arenât disturbed.
The property is privately owned, and we hold no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. Likewise, we aren't liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premise.
For everyone's safety and security, security cameras have been installed in the front and back pool areas. This footage isn't shared and is recorded strictly for liability purposes. It's important to note that these cameras in no way intrude upon your expectation of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund.
âââ In the interest of maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all, we kindly request a maximum of 8 guests on the property at any given time. This policy helps us ensure our retreat remains a serene and tranquil space for all our guests, as well as our lovely neighbors. We greatly appreciate your understanding and adherence to this rule.
