Relaxing and convenient!

Our family came to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere and this property made our trip complete! Great place to spend time with family and take a break between Vegas adventures. I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Las Vegas

My girlfriends and I stayed for a small bachelorette party and the house was so cute and accommodating and spacious. Super conveniently located close to downtown so Ubers were super quick and easy as well. Would highly recommend!!!

Super clean Las Vegas Oasis

This property was super clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood in reasonable Uber/Taxi distance to Freemont Street, the strip, and the Arts District. Definitely would stay again if returning to Las Vegas.

The house is a great location for Uber to the strip. Very roomy for a small group of friends to stay. Recommend it.

Wonderful for our small bachelorette get together

We had a great stay! The house was not quite ready at check in time, but the manager was very communicative and allowed us to drop our bags off and then gave us late checkout so it was not a problem. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great space, great location!

Terry was great, always accessible via phone or text if necessary. Elena was there to check us in and give us the tour, and to check us out at the end. Highly recommend!

Lovely house bummer about the jacuzzi

Pro’s: House is located in a nice area close to smiths grocery and a quick Uber to the strip or Fremont. Everything was nice & clean. Con’s: Down side owner knew jacuzzi jets did not work properly before our stay (main reason we booked) and did not mention anything until I had her turn them on and they splashed water everywhere. Communication could’ve been better a worker showed up unexpectedly during our stay with no notice from the owner. Group of 6 people, none of the beds were comfortable sadly.

The host was amazing. She made contact with me right away after booking. Kept in contact the whole stay. The house is super clean, pool and hot tub were very nice to relax in. I would definitely stay here again.

Viva Las Vegas

Our stay was wonderful. Host was responsive. The home is very clean, wifi worked well, pool/hot tub were a great place to gather and BBQ. A few things I would have liked to be aware of before our stay, the home is in a older area of Vegas, its on a main road where traffic is high, the only parking is in the front round about of the home, stove has a glitch on one of the pilots it works when it wants to, bring at least 1 or 2 good pans/pots, spices, cups, and a good cutting knife, there is only a TV in the master bedroom (TV’s also in the living room and kitchen). The ice maker on the fridge does work but not the dispenser.

Vega’s Trip

Overall good. Location great. Property wasn’t super clean like stated in previous reviews but ok. I didn’t like the fact I had to be using the Vrbo app to text the manager to turn on the spa. If cooking take spices . Also if staying for many days there is no cleaning supplies to maintain floors clean. We stayed for two days party of 8.

Clean, quiet, and communicative host!

Planned a trip with a few of my friends and this place was top of my list. Well-priced, spacious, and looked like a beautiful place for our vacation. The home did not disappoint. Communication was excellent, and the host was responsive according to the posted working hours. The home was gorgeous, clean and spacious. It was certainly a highlight of our stay! Would highly recommend, and should if my travels need q place in Vegas, I will definitely look here first. Thank you, Terry!

Great location and welcoming property

If you wanna stay in Las Vegas but get some quiet time away from down town this is a great choice. Short drive to anywhere. A nice quiet neighborhood and welcoming.

Weekend stay

The property was very accommodating and worked great for us. Terry was also very easy to work with and her communication was great. The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to cook. The only downside to the property was that there were no blackout curtains or curtains in general; just blinds. We were getting back as the sun was coming up so it was really hard to sleep with the whole room being bright.
