Welcome to The Greywood; a Blackhouse property.
At Blackhouse, we believe in the transformative power of rest. Through thoughtful design and carefully curated features, our homes invite you to relax, reset, and renew. Enjoy a Nespresso, unwind in our book nook or with our selection of vinyl records, and indulge in a spa-like shower with soothing eucalyptus and lavender.

The Greywood is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the northeast part of town. It is within 5 minutes of a variety of grocery, shopping and dining options. Additionally the property is about 15 minutes to the Capital, FSU, FAMU, and Downtown Tallahassee.
The home is accessible via smartlock. An access code will be provided upon booking.
The Greywood is a cozy home with modern finishes, an open floor plan and plenty of natural sunlight. There is a dedicated workspace or makeup desk, outdoor seating on the back deck, and a fenced backyard overlooking the woods.
Each Blackhouse property includes carefully curated features designed to promote rest and well-being:
RELAX
- premium coffee experience with Nespresso coffee maker
- comfortable throw blankets
- signature scent reed diffusers
RESET
- Crosley record player and a sample of vinyl records
- cozy reading chair with a selection of captivating books
- collection of fun indoor and outdoor games
RENEW
- yoga mats
- upgraded shower experience with hanging lavender and eucalyptus, dimmable lighting and waterproof bluetooth speaker
In addition to our Blackhouse features, the Greywood includes the following amenities:
- High speed 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi
- Roku enabled TV (guests to use own passwords)
- Dedicated workspace
- King bed in primary bedroom
- Full size futon for additional sleeping area
- Vaulted ceiling
- Back patio with outdoor seating
- Fenced yard
Home has a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a full bed in the second bedroom. The couch can also fold down to provide an additional sleeping area.
We are dog friendly! We unfortunately do not allow cats or other animals.
If booked for more than a week, guests are asked to take trash and recycle out to the curb on Thursdays for Friday pickup. The bins are stored on the right side of the house.
If needed there is a fire extinguisher located in the pantry.
The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera.
