Upon entrance stewn empty beer bottles on deck and in can.pad key lock entry to musty cat damp pocono odor.many broken articles,ceiling fan,bed door hole ,bottom hall bed entry wall has body size hole in wall, bathroom exhaust fan loud rattling,tv 1st floor bed no working remote,1st floor toilet seat cover broke falling off ,no heat lamp,lack of towels,no frying pan,pans dishes an utensil need some help ,mouse droppings and food on windowsills and 1st and second floors.trash closet rated #1 in village for bears because of un cleanliness ,2nd floor fan covered in mold ,the rugs bathrooms are dated back to original build in the 70s. Such a modern washer dryer combo in an unclean closet,microwave joke,toaster oven joke,sink and no garbage disposal joke. TLC and an upgrade for the kitchen.There’s more that place needs an updo.

Great location close to Jack Frost. Walk to slopes is a bit long with kids.

The listing showed a washer and dryer, but the house only had a washer. This was an issue for us as we had 3 days of skiing, and we needed the dryer.

The home is fitted with a combination washer and dryer, a single unit that both washes and dries, so the drying function is available. Watered down soap in bathroom. House was cold throughout our stay, despite heat being on. Washer machine had random tubes in it, therefore did not do laundry because I did not know if the machine was operable. We also only had one bag of garbage for our stay but the outdoor door/built in shed had loose garbage overflowing.

Most cups, bowls, glasses, pans, and plates needed to be washed before using. Food was found in toaster oven. Keurig didnt work, drip coffee maker had black gunk in basin. Had to buy brushes and sponges to clean it. Family room was cold, we keep our house 67 degrees this family room never got close to that. Fireplace is electric. Washing machine was disconnected with plastic pipes in it. I called the AvantStay regular and emergency numbers and never got through to a person or got the text chat the automated system promised. Luckily my inability to get into the unit was user error and we straightened it out without help.
