Ground floor unit in cozy and quiet complex of just 13 condos with community pool.
Just west of Mopac on Enfield. Close to UT but outside the madness of West Campus.
Close to UT, DKR, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Deep Eddy Pool, Hancock Golf Course and, of course, 6th Street (and 4th Street and Rainey Street....). DKR = UTfootball and Zilker Park = ACL if you aren't from Austin.
Right next to hike and bike trails.
5 minute drive from grocery store (HEB), convenience stores (CVS), restaurants and bars, all right off Lake Austin Blvd.
Parking is at the surface lot on the condo property.
All furnishings are new and the property has just been repainted.
Property is a 2/1 with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a single bed in the 2nd bedroom (with a trundle bed if you need to squeeze one more person into the property).
2nd bedroom can also be used as an office instead.
