Perfekt läge, sekretess och bekvämlighet! Vårt hus ligger nära till allt och det är bra för dem som inte vill bära sina saker och nedför trappor. Den markvåningen finns en modern den och matsal med en katedral tak, kök med kakel bänkskivor, stort sovrum, tvättstuga och badrum, plus en stor skärmad veranda med en avkopplande hängmatta. På övervåningen finns 2 sovrum: Man har en dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng och en halv bad. Den andra har 2 enkelsängar med ett badrum tvärs över hallen. Avsluta Bevakat och gå 1 1/2 block till stranden. Privat inhägnad trädgård.
Med många fönster och katedralen tak du tycker du lever bland trädtopparna eftersom vårt hus är omgivet av gamla ekar.

Family Isle of Palms/Charleston Trip

Good location, no surprises, clean worked well for our family group. We would stay here again. Short walk to beach! Owner very responsive.

Lovely house two blocks form beach

My husband, sister and I stayed at this picture-perfect home just two blocks from beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bike rentals and grocery store. The house is not huge, but it was comfortable and plenty roomy for us. And it was tastefully decorated and well-equipped. We spent a lot of time on the front patio and back screened in porch. The owner Carol was very prompt in answering any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Cabin

Walking to the beach, restaurants/ bars and groceries was all within 3 blocks. House had beach chairs and umbrella available. Enough room for our 4 adults and 4 young children. The house is a bit worn and could use a refresh on cooking pans, pillows etc.

Perfect beach home for all ages

Location very good, walking distance to beach and near grocery stores and whatever you need. Carol was the perfect hostess, Very good communicator. I was traveling with my aged and a little mobility challenged parents, so the one step up into the house and the master bedroom/bath w/ walk in shower was perfect for them, while the rest of us stayed upstairs. Darling screened in back porch with little lights, Nice area in the front (chairs and umbrella table), plenty of space to hang out, All amenities were perfect--- any kind of utensil we needed, was there. Even with no ice maker, there are 4 ice cube trays and a bin that we kept filled, and only had to get one bag of ice, and we are ice users!! Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks, Carol, for your hospitality and understanding!

Perfect for our trip

The house has good space and was clean. The area was great for easily walking to the beach and restaurants. The house is older but it is in good shape. The owner was very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Beach and Boat Vacation

We had a multi event visit to Isle of Palms. My daughter was moving in the area, baby shower and Anniversary. The house was clean, well stocked, close to beach and marina’s and had an amazing fenced in yard. I own an 18 foot center console fishing boat (25 ft. with trailer) and was able to back it in with my truck on the side of the driveway with plenty of room. Driveway was able to be used without moving cars. Very convenient! All stores and many restaurants are just minutes by car. Isle of Palm Marina just a few miles away. Amazing fishing, boating and restaurants available by water.The host Carol is as sweet as can be! She made sure we had everything we needed and was available with any questions. Definitely treated us like family. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat (and probably will since my daughter now lives there). Thank you Carol!

Always a Great Stay

This is our second time staying at this property and we will be back. Not only is the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants great, the owner is responsive and helpful! This house is nothing fancy, but it has all the amenities needed as a jumping off point for spending time at the beach! We definitely recommend this location for others.

Gourley visit

The property was to our liking. Unfortunately the beds should be replaced. Both my daughters boyfriend and i had back after sleeping in the king and queen beds. Alao the lock on the gate was very difficult to open and close. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Koon's Nook is a great stay

We spent 6 nights and loved our stay. Very convenient location and close to everything you will need on vacation. The bedroom worked great for the grandkids. Our host was very responsive. We would stay there again.

Great stay!

Overall our stay was great. Some of the products provided (shampoo, paper towels, tp, etc.) were used and ran out within the weekend. Beds are very hard and squeeky. Our group did not have enough pillows/cases provided to have a comfortable sleep. Common room was nice and spacious. The walk to the beach was short and convenient. House is in a great walkable area. Overall, would stay again!

Cozy house near everything

Great location. We needed a 3rd house for our very large group. 42 total. This house was a perfect addition to the other 2 large homes we had across from the Windjammer. 3 minute bike ride to the beach, icecream, souvenir shops and live rock concerts.

Wonderful stay in Island of Palm

We really enjoyed ourselves during our vacation. There was a total of 8 people (two family's of 4) who stayed at the house. It was super easy to check in and the host had contacted me before hand to let me know how to get in. The house offered plenty of bedroom space for everyone and was only a 5-10 min walk to the beach (children in tow). Overall, we would go back for another week.

We love the location of our beach house because it is the narrow part of Isle of Palms which has a very small town feel and is very peaceful, but it is just blocks from our favorite restaurants and night spots.

Having our living area on the ground floor is so convenient. We love walking to Breach Inlet and watching the ships leaving Charleston harbor and walking back to our favorite breakfast spot, The Sea Biscuit!
