Vit Sands of Mexico Beach på Waterside Village

Vår Stuga erbjuder privatlivet för en fristående enfamiljshus med gemenskapens fördelar med ett badtunna och den största poolen i Mexico Beach.

Stugan sover bekvämt åtta personer i fyra separata sovrum. Två och en halv bad ger extra komfort.

På första nivån hittar du ett komplett kök som är välfyllt med köksredskap och matställen. En matplats och vardagsrum gränsar till köket. Från vardagsrummet kan du gå till bakdäcket med utsikt över kanalen och strandpromenaden till poolen. Det finns också ett halvt bad och ett garage på denna nivå. Håll bilen borta från solen och i garaget.

Den andra nivån har sovrummet med privat badrum och queen size-säng. Två extra sovrum, en drottning de två andra tvillingarna, och ett annat badrum är också på denna nivå. Tvättmaskinen med tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på denna nivå. Sovrum 1 och 2 har privata täckta balkonger för att titta på soluppgången och sätta på morgonen på en och kvällen i den andra.

Den tredje våningen loft är uppbyggd som ett eget sovrum. Det finns en queen size-säng på denna nivå.

Stugan har ett elektroniskt dörrlås som eliminerar nycklar. Detta gör att du kan gå till stranden och behöver inte oroa dig för att förlora nycklar i sanden. Du undviker också låssmedsavgifter och viktiga ersättningskostnader.

I loved our stay! The beach was close and the pool was great! For the host:We had 5 kids with us and it would have been nice to have more plastic cups, bowls and plates for them. Glass is not their friend!

The hosts were great and quick to respond. Canal was perfect for our kids as they love to fish. Community pool was great! Lots of kids but not many umbrellas so get there early. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of gear (umbrella, chairs, wagon, Floaties, beach toys). Overall we had a great time!

We had an awesome stay! Our kids loved the canal, pool area, and proximity to the beach. The house was very nice. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. All the conveniences necessary to be comfortable were there. Nice short, walk to the beach. Great view on the back porch to have a drink and watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend for R&R.

We enjoyed our stay with just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the food places close by and the little shops. The house fit us perfectly and had everything we needed to cook home meals.

We had a great time staying here! Check in was very easy. The kitchen and house was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was the perfect size for our family. Short walk to the beach right across the street. Great location to walk right to mango marleys and the local coffee and ice cream shops.

Amazing place to vacation!

We had an amazing time at this property! Very close walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub were fantastic! Beautiful beach with nice white sand and gorgeous sunsets! The house was very clean and came with everything we could have needed! We will definitely be coming back again!

Excellent Home away from Home

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach but most certainly wont be our last. The quietness and emptiness of the beach was wonderful. Our stay was great. Home could have been a little cleaner but other than that the Owners are exceptional. They responded very quickly to our messages and handled things right away! We will def stay here again!

Perfect location and house!

They owners were great and gave us a list of food and stores nearby before we arrived. The house is a short walk to the beach and we saw manatees in the canal behind the house. They had 6 beach towels and tons of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! The house was perfect! Will definitely go back!

Short walk to the beach

This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach, we will 100% return! Great house and location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. All the essentials were onsite- beach cart, towels, chairs, toys, etc! There was plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. Would absolutely consider re-booking in the future.

Wonderful house/host

We just headed home from our stay at this location. The hosts were wonderful and responsive! The house itself was perfect for our group which included teenagers! We received a great info sheet via email which included closing times of local eateries and stores. This was very helpful as the town is not like an all night everything open kind of beach town. I would absolutely recommend this host/location!

This house is great! It is the most stocked vacation home we have ever been in. We used the beach chairs daily! Also super helpful information sheet about nearby spots. Town closes down VERY early. Make sure to eat early if you are going out. We also had groceries delivered from Walmart. Its about a 20 min drive to any large stores.

Great Location

This was our second year staying at Mexico Beach. While we didn’t stay at this exact house last time we stayed in this community. Very easy access to both pool and beach. They have redone most of the boardwalk so that was nice to see this year. There are still some spots to watch out for. The house was equipped with everything we needed! There were some things that needed addressed but the communication with the owners was amazing and they were very quick to reply. I would definitely recommend this house and location to anyone!

Vicci loves the beach and Mike loves the mountains. Thus, we have the best of both worlds with the mountain house in NC and the beach home in FL. Our Cottage was purchased in 2012 and we enjoy spending the winters in Florida. We love to travel and have traveled to many tropical locations - Fiji, Maldives, Rarotonga, Hawaii, Belize, BVI's, Greece, Guam, St. Croix, St Martin, St. Barth's, Guadeloupe and Bora Bora. In summary, we love the sunshine, beaches, sailing and scuba diving and are happy to share the beautiful area of Mexico Beach and the Forgotten Coast with you in our Waterside Cottage.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Mexico Beach and the Forgotten Coast area are known for being family oriented and having beautiful, uncrowded, white sand beaches. The beach is a short one block away. The other popular thing to do in Mexico Beach is sport fishing. The Cottage is located right on the canal and include day docks for overnight parking of your fishing boat. You can walk right out the back door, hop in your boat and cruise out the inlet into the ocean. The Waterside Village community includes a large swimming pool and a hot tub for cooling off and relaxing at the end of your day.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location, location, location!! In less than five minutes walking from the front door you can feel sand between your toes, cross the street to Mango Marley's for a cold beach drink, hop in your boat, stop for bait at the Marina and cruise right out into to the ocean, or refresh yourself with a cool dip in the pool. If you don't catch any fish, you can walk to the Shell Shack for fresh steamed shrimp and pick up a nice snapper or grouper filet. Mexico Beach is centrally located. You can head east for an outings and restaurants in Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, St George, St Vincent or Apalachicola or west into St. Andrews or Panama City. With access to all of these locations, you'll have plenty to do and see or you can do nothing at all and lounge on the beach.
