Enjoy a relaxing getaway or peaceful place to stay while passing through. This cozy home features an open living space in the main house and separate bunk house space with a 2nd bedroom and office area. Enjoy a dinner on the massive deck with covered table area and grill surrounded by trees and nature or rest by the fire on a cool night. The spacious fully stocked kitchen will give ample room for prepping meals and snacks. A full size washer and dryer is also provided. With all of the modern conveniences paired with a country setting and only a 10 minute drive to restaurants and stores, this little barndominium is sure to fit all of your travel needs. Located approximately 20 minutes from Gallipolis, Ohio and 10 minutes from Rio Grande, Ohio, and about 50 minutes from Huntington, WV

Anniversary trip

This was a nice getaway, very clean and modern, and had a wonderful outdoor deck space that we spent most of the daylight on. We would recommend it highly.

Peaceful Retreat

Great property! So quiet and peaceful. The interior of both buildings was so well decorated and thoughtfully laid out. It is a great property for any event in Rio Grande!

This is a beautiful little gem in the gorgeous rolling hills of OH. We.(five adults) stayed in this VRBO while we attended the 2025 Mothman festival. The listing photos are exactly what it looked like. It was an eclectic and very comfortable decorating style. There was a lovely little porch with a cool egg chair. Five adults were able to sleep comfortably. There is a queen size bed, a sofa bed, and then the bunkhouse also had two beds in it. The bunkhouse didn’t have a bathroom, but the host had notified me of that prior to our stay. There was some construction as they build out the other half of the property, but the host was more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Hands down amazing!

This place was amazing. Andrea was super to communicate with, and was easy to work with! The listing was exactly as described, and pictures do the place no justice. Upon arrival, it was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Literally everything we needed and more were available. Andrea stressed that if we needed anything at all to not hesitate to reach out. We throughly enjoyed our stay and time spent here. We most definitely will return, and appreciate the generosity of the host!
