This newly renovated 4-bedroom house offers an open layout, fully stocked with new furniture, appliances, and utensils for your culinary needs. Gather with friends or family in the patio with the private heated pool and BBQ grill while you cook up some hot dogs! Close proximity to nearby shopping, restaurants, warm mineral springs and all Port Charlotte has to offer!
Central to this open floor plan, guests will be greeted with a wide open space to enjoy their time by either cooking in the kitchen- equipped with all culinary tools and spices- or catching a movie on the L-shaped couch with the smart TV. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 6-person dining table that can also be used as a personal workspace. The home provides high-speed internet access, fresh linens, towels, and various streaming services for your comfort.
The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms stocked with fresh sheets and pillows. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with access to its own bathroom, a full shower, a tub, and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed with generous space as well!
The pool can be heated at your request with a cap of 85 degrees F at no additional cost to you! The patio is equipped with chairs and tables to lounge, sunbathe, or entertain. The interior temperature of the house will be cooled down to 71
