Very nice stay

Perfect comfortable space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Enjoyed the hot tub, nice kitchen, indoor and outdoor games, screened porch, good TV and internet and good location near Hyannis town and nice swimming pond nearby.

Family venture

House was lovely. Very clean and well described. Had everything you could ever need in a rental from a beautiful quiet porch and all the kitchen equipment to Beach chairs and activities. Great stay!!

Beautiful property

We stayed at the property from July 11-15. The house is beautiful. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and the screened porch was nice. The house is located in a nice neighborhood that was very quiet. The back yard is nice. Was large enough for us to have several family members over for a cook-out. The homeowners were nice and easy to deal with. We had to refill the propane tank and the cost was quickly refunded to us. The house is located close to Hyannis and local beaches. A grocery store is only minutes away. We highly recommend this house.

A great stay on the Cape

This was a great property for my wife, 3 kids (age 8, 5, and 10 months), and me for a week on the cape. The house was the perfect size and had plenty of spots to sit and relax. My girls had a great time roasting marshmallows over the firepit. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect family spot

Place was clean, accurately described in listing and centrally located to most of the things we wanted to do. Lots of amenities at the house (hot tub, yard games, beach toys, etc) that we did not use but was nice to have available. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation 2021

Our family of 5 stayed (3 college aged kids) July 31, 2021 to August 7, 2021 and we enjoyed our stay very much! The home is beautiful, updated, spotless and was very spacious. The owners had everything we could possible need available and communicated greatly with us! The kitchen was very large and had everything we needed. The sunroom was a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and after beach rest! The backyard was beautiful and very well maintained. The outdoor shower was very nice, the hot tub was great and the outdoor seating was great to enjoy meals and read. The two bathrooms were wonderful for our family of 5! The location was perfect it provides easy access to the Cape Cod attractions. The Craigsville Beach was wonderful and less than 2 miles away. The owners had brand new beach chairs which were very nice. The neighborhood was very nice for daily walks/runs and a grocery store is also just around the corner. Highly recommend staying here it was wonderful, very well maintained inside/outside and the owners were so very accommodating. The restaurant recommendations from the owners were perfect (Spanky's is a must) ! We enjoyed a much needed family vacation!

Beautiful Cape House

We had great vacation this past week (July 10-17). The house is very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a weeks vacation. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the screened in porch and spending time in the well manicured back yard playing games, having a cookout, a firepit and the outdoor shower is also a plus . Karen and Dave were great to deal with and we would absolutely rent this house again!

We loved staying here! The house was as advertised, beautiful and clean. Great location. Beautiful patio. The house is on a quiet side of the road which we really liked. Beautiful house and we would definitely come back. Thank you Karen!
