All Good !!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family summer vacation. Four adults and two teenage girls. The condo was a perfect fit. It was spacious and beautiful. Most importantly, the view from the deck and the deck furniture were great. For us, those are the first thing we look at when renting. This condo did not disappoint. Beach service was top shelf.

Great location, but very dirty place to stay. Showers were not cleaned at all, there was dirt and hair all over them. Dirty rooms, floors were not clean, a bunch of hair balls and sand in master bedroom. Looks like there is mold in master bathroom on the ceiling. Very dirty place to stay overall, but great location and view. Unfortunate that it was so dirty. I don’t think it was cleaned before we stayed there. Also had to buy own trash bags and toilet paper never had to do that a rental place before.

Great 30a Vacay

We have stayed all along 30a in the Seagrove beach area. This is our second time at Emerald Hill. We love the location, easy access to the beach (not to many steps down to the sand) and the added benefit of the garage to store our beach gear

Amazing unit and location

Even better than the pictures! Amazing location and clean and well maintained! Also,’surprisingly quiet and well insulated. The ceiling fans were also a plus, helped keep unit cool. The garage was great. We were able to park two cars at the unit and keep all our floats and chairs in it.

Great place that is directly on the beach.

Loved the lay out and location. Only recommendation would be to have a better stocked kitchen. For example, have knives that can actually cut things. I am not displeased at all just being honest about what I would change to make it a better experience.

Wonderful beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo so much! The location was perfect! You can be on the private beach in less than 5 minutes. We rented the chairs and umbrellas from le dolce and that was the best decision ever, well worth the money to not have to carry and set up ourselves. The condo could use some tlc, several light bulbs were out, the door to the bathroom on the main floor sticks as well as the shower door, and it could use a good deep clean. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and we will be back!

Wonderful vacation at Emerald Hill

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The condo is just as it looks in the pictures. The master bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. The view from the balconies was absolutely fabulous! The beach itself was beautiful, but extremely crowded. The kitchen could use a few more items...we only had one dishtowel and washcloth. Some sharp knives and additional serving containers would be great. There were a lot of beach toys in the garage which was so nice. Overall, it was a great place and we would stay again!

My happy place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to Seagrove Beach! It defnintely is our happy place. And we love coming to Emerald Hill! This condo has been perfect for our family year after year, however this year we noticed a distint musty odor that never went away (and we had not noticed it in previous years). We also feel like the furniture (especially the couch and dining table) are getting old and gross, and need to be replaced. However, because the beach and location are so beautiful and perfect, we tried to overlook those things. :)
Svar från VrboOwner 29 apr. 2023
Thank you for your review, we are glad that you enjoyed your stray. We checked the property, did not detect any odor other than the Lantana that is growing in the island area outside. The dining table seems fine it is fairly new as is the sofa. We did call the guest to follow up,
