Amazing Home!!!

The house is spectacular. The views of the ocean are amazing. Everything was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.The host were so attentive and kind and made check in and check out so easyWe all had an amazing time and would love to come back.The street had very little traffic and was super easy to cross and get to our own private beach, which my family absolutely loved. We walked to the wharf and shipwrecked and had dinners. Cute little downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this home.F

Great Stay in Falmouth

Girl’s trip

The house was impeccable. We used this as a gathering for our high school girls trip ( class of 83). There were nine of us and it was a perfect size. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the ferry. The view of the water is beautiful from the house. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting the Falmouth area.

Amazing trip!

We had 14 people and felt the house was spacious and all agreed even better than the pictures! The main living space is very open and room for multiple activities in different areas (outside table/inside table/living room 1/ living room2). The beach access across the street was awesome for our group to come and go, great for some of us who had babies and could easily come back and rejoin the group after nap time. Thanks for a great stay we hope to come back again!

Location location location

This couldn’t have been a better location. We were able to watch the ocean and kids outside play with the lawn games at the home while sitting on the patio furniture. It was less than a block from the beach. They provided beach chairs and toys. The house easily fit our two families. We hope to return :)

Best Trip Ever!

This was hands down the best VRBO experience I have ever had!! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Joe and Maura were so lovely and answered all of my questions ahead of time, providing recommendations for things our group could do during our stay. My fiancé and I were celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette with our bridal party and this house was perfect for a large group to spread out and enjoy different activities. The house is spacious, clean, and Joe and Maura are excellent hosts. We are already thinking about planning another trip and hope to stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!

We had an incredible stay here. Space is perfect for large groups. We had plans to do a bunch of things in town - but the house was so awesome we spent most of the time at the house or the beach across the street.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The views overlooking the water are incredible! The home is beautiful and in the perfect location. Short walk to the Island Queen ferry, bike shop, restaurants. Short drive to golf, shopping. Kids played across street at beach and in the ball fields right next door. Maura, the homeowner, made us feel welcome and right at home. A+

Perfect house for family in town for wedding!

Fabulous Home and Setting with the Best Owners!

The home was a perfect setting and space for my Son's wedding weekend. We were a party of 14, and there was ample space to have some alone or quiet time. The view of the water from mostly every room was gorgeous! It is very clean, and impeccably decorated. So much detail to this beautiful home. Completely updated and spacious. Maura and Joe were VERY accommodating and lovely to work with. Maura added to the momentous occasion of my sons wedding with personalized wine glasses, champagne and goodies, all waiting for us on our arrival. We were all very touched by her thoughtfulness, and flexibility to make this weekend so perfect. It was unbelievable! The late check out the day after the wedding was so awesome, gave us time to relax before having to leave this beautiful home. We all hated to leave. I would definitely recommend this property! The entire weekend could not have been better! Trust me, book it! You will not be disappointed! I hope to be back again! Thank you SO MUCH Maura and Joe!!!

Wonderful again!

Perfect Ocean Getaway

We had such a great time in this wonderful home! Maura and Joe were accommodating, responsive, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Excellent for Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this home in Falmouth Heights. The home was generously stocked with everything we needed for food preparation/service, clean liens, and comfortable bedrooms. The size of this home was perfect for our large family. Even with a couple of days of bad weather, there was plenty of entertainment ranging from board/card games, pool table, ping pong table, and much more. Beach access is just across the street and chairs/towels/gear were provided. We highly recommend this home for all who visit, you truly will not be disappointed!!!

Absolutely amazing stay. A group of 14 girls went here for a girls weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. The location is unbelievable. The house is amazing, clean and beautifully decorated. Maura left amazing details around the house to welcome us including personalized wine glasses, candy and cupcakes....such a nice touch ! Every single detail of this house is immaculate. Anyone to stay here is extremely lucky! Do not hesitate to book this property!

Fabulous in every way!!

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a home rental. Maura and Joe were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This was a ladies trip and we were greeted with glasses filled with candy for each of us (labeled girls weekend). Who does that? They let us check in early at 12 and allowed a couple of us to stay the full last day to work from there. Just so accommodating. The house was impeccably decorated,super clean, comfortable with so many places to sit and relax. 7 large bedrooms, many with ocean views. The front of the house overlooks the ocean and beach right across the street. We sat out on the patio for breakfast every day and enjoyed yard games on the lawn. The house was so well appointed with 10 beach chairs, many yard games, board games, bose speakers, lots of towels/linens. super comfy beds and bedding. Kitchen so well stocked. They really thought of every detail. We can't wait to book this againn and again. Perfect for multiple families, couples, multi gen, ladies trips etc. HUGE living space to spread out. Also, Falmouth is a great destination. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, easy day trip to the vineyard. Absolute perfection
