The home is unaffiliated with the resort however the location is perfect for joining events or others staying at the resort or just being a 2 minute walk from the resorts' spa or Willows Kitchen and Wine Bar. With amenities like a 6 person hot tub 2 wood burning fireplaces, firepit table, WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, guests can relax in comfort. There is ample parking on the property and space for RV's! Please inquire about RV parking. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. An additional living room space with a sofa bed provides extra room to unwind. Come experience the fantastic charm of this tremendous property. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Great stay

Our family is six loved the hot tub it was the highlight of the house with a great view of the red rocks the furniture was a quality and very comfortable the kitchen was well stocked location was excellent Phil was helpful the bathrooms could be updated but even with that I would highly recommend go to Mariposa for lunch and elote for dinner and definitely take a pink Jeep

Property was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was also very clean. It would be helpful to have hot tub instructions in the manual near the front door. We enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular views

The house is in a perfect location. The views from both the front of the house and back patio are stunning. It was private, but yet close enough to everything we needed. The house was extremely clean with no major issues. The only minor issue is the bathroom showers are for shorter individuals and are a little outdated. Overall a very nice vacation spot and Phil was an excellent host. Thanks again!

Long Weekend Getaway

The location and the views were phenomenal. While there were parts of the home that were outdated, and shower heads made for shorter folks, the home was clean, secure, and very accommodating. The host was responsive and the process was easy to get in and out. Would stay here again.

Such a wonderful place

Everything about our stay was great. The house is in an excellent location with beautiful views and is well stocked with supplies. The inside is lovely with a perfect SW feel and plenty of space. The hot tub is great for taking in the stars.

Incredible Space

The property is in an awesome location near downtown. The layout of the home is also great for a group of people and the view from the patio is great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend Phil’s place to anyone visiting Sedona.

Great views and location! Comfy home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable the views were outstanding. Overall we had everything we needed for a great stay. Our host gave us very clear directions for before and after our stay which made it very easy to get in and get everything set up.

Family Trip

This property was amazing and clean. I would definitely come again. The only negative was we could not use the fireplaces inside the house and there were only four towels to shower nine people. But overall our stay was amazing.

Great Family House

Phil was a great host! Excellent communication throughout our stay. The home is beautiful and well stocked. The family room is spacious and comfortable to just kick back and enjoy time with family. Hot tub is amazing with a great view. Location is quiet, yet very central to lots of restaurants and shops just a mile down the road. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Incredible place, great patio, great location’

The host was incredibly responsive. The place was super clean and had amazing views. It was super close To downtown Sedona and amazing restaurants next-door. The location was awesome. The bedrooms were spacious, and it was just the right southwestern vibe we were looking for!
