Has absolutely everything, you don’t need to buy much from grocery for sure. Hot tub was awesome. Super communicative. We loved cooking and eating at the dining table. Awesome place. Downstairs bedroom is like a cave though.

The house was a great place to bring the family together. Lots of room - We had a great time. I appreciate all the information that was given to me before and during the trip. Sedona is a beautiful place. I would come back for another trip. I highly recommend this place and its owners.

Beautiful property. Amazing views. Well stocked kitchen with tools needed to cook just about anything. Property was clean and well maintained. More than enough towels, sheets, soaps, etc. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the splendor of Sedona, AZ.

Amazing views and location

We really enjoyed this home. The hot tub was terrific, the views were top notch, and the location made it easy to walk to lunch or dinner. It was well equipped with coffee, towels, and more.

Great place!

Loved the location. The rooms got a little warm at night and the Wi-Fi would go out often, but otherwise lovely. Clean and well kept. Hot tub was great. Beds were comfy.

Beautiful place with lovely windows and outdoor space to enjoy the incredible views. Location is spectacular. Management support was great. Very easy booking, communication, and check-in/out. The whole process and stay was simple and enjoyable.

Beautiful Sedona Escape

Love love loved the stay at this beautiful house. Everything was as described. I stayed with six other adults and it was plenty of space. The amenities were great my favorite being the hot tub, and the location being super close to town. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Bachelorette

In spite of the (very rare) bad weather, we were able to have the best trip ever. The house was convenient, clean, beautiful and the hot tub was clutch for the cold rainy/snowy nights. Highly recommend!

Spectacular view

We enjoyed our short stay. If you wished to stay in and cook, there was everything that you would need to do so. If you wished to go and enjoy a meal out, everything was very close. The master bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very accommodating. The master bedroom linens were soft and the towels were fluffy and there were many. And of course the views were amazing!

Absolutely amazing

We stayed here for a sister in law trip and couldn’t have been happier. The house is gorgeous (even more so than the beautiful pictures), everything was so clean, and every detail was thought out from providing toiletries to laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. Hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfortable. It was our first time to Arizona and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Would love to go back!

Fabulous Central location

Location is fabulous. Centrally located between Tlaquepaque and Uptown Sedona- both easy walking distance. Easy drive to West Sedona. The property’s views are stunning. It was cloudy and snowy for much of our stay so we didn’t see any breathtaking sunrises or sunsets. We were very disappointed to find several amenities “not operational.” Both the fireplace and the fountain were non-operational. With snow and temps in the 30s, we would have loved to use the fireplace. Heated Japanese toilet seat in the master was a plus. Supplies provided were very generous. TP, shampoo, hand soap, etc. we appreciated the huge washing machine. We did not use the hot tub but noted it was warm and ready to use. It was too cold to sit outside on the expansive patio. It was helpful to have all the light switches labeled. Garage was roomy and easy to access. They have a HUGE DVD collection, if you’re a movie buff. Communication from management company was thorough and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The driveway is a nightmare. Beds were nice and the rooms were pleasant. A lot of things need upgrade really bad, especially the courtyard with the fountain that is not working and all the weeds growing in there. That was disappointing to see out my window in my bedroom. Some of the floors really need to be replaced. Basically it just needs some money put into it because it’s falling into disrepair and a little outdated. The windows were beautiful and views were very nice. All in all we had a great time, but it could use a little maintenance

House Beautiful and Great Location

We had a fantastic stay in Sedona, enjoying great food and hiking with family and friends. The house was lovely, with comfortable beds and all the essentials for any length of stay. The only suggestion from our group is to upgrade the outdoor furniture to composite Adirondack chairs for improved comfort and durability.
